I know that season 10 just started but my god, the mailing system, Etho, Tango and Joel's house, and the business permit system they are building now are some of the coolest vanilla concepts ive ever seen. super unique

@electricheartpony I agree scar is up there on the list and as far as grinding for diamonds and actual detail to his builds absolutely, but I still have doc as the biggest grinder, I watch both of there videos and the farms and different things doc has done this season are already insane like having almost a hundred wardens as pets for mob cap at his tunnel boar

item frames cause lag so signs are preferred. Blake actually COOKed that course for a new flyer. i saw the length of the video and knew they weren't getting even close to exploring the whole thing. Lets get a part 5!

Can't wait for them to see Grian's base and the Grumbot cave, the Perimetre, Decked Out II and the soup trio's bases! Whilst not my favourite season (Very close second to S7 though), Season 9 definitely had by far the most impressive and jaw-dropping gigaprojects of ANY Hermitcraft season, and maybe even any single season of *ANY* SMP too! Everyone really outdid themselves.

3:05, item frames cause an insane amount of lag, especially when used in hermitcraft. It started becoming an issue i think around season 4/5ish and it became a spoken rule to heavily limit the number of item frames used.

It’s cute af that a Disney fan was so shook by Scar’s base. Very wholesome tour

You will see some amazing things in Season 9's world download, but Scarland just has a magic that only Scar knows the secrets to. He brought forth every drop of artistry he could muster and poured it all into this. His passion for both Disney and building beautiful things intersected in a profound way and I feel that one of the reasons this season was so long is that the other hermits knew that this would be a special project for Scar and that it would take a long time, but very much be worth it. And you know what? It was.

i almost teared up a bit when i saw scars statue holding jellys paw in scarland. RIP Jelly

Yall should definitely stop by Cub's museum - yall are also missing out on a lot of custom audio because of not using the voice chat mod. The drummer in Scarland actually drums! Plus theres the custom horns, the music discs...

Hermitcraft continues to be some of the best Minecraft content made. Period.

I just rediscovered you guys after watching you react to season 8 builds a while back. Season 9 was when I personally really started to get into Hermitcraft, so this was so fun to watch. I actually watched Scar's POV from beginning to end, so the development of Scarland was something I loved experiencing. I'm so glad y'all are taking your time in appreciating it all. Can't wait for the next part!!

Love seeing people react to the Hermitcraft world downloads and I look forward to part two! The guy who said he wanted to check out BDubs's videos should definitely start with the current season of Building with BDubs. Its his singleplayer survival world, so its a lot more laid back and focused on building up his own little world as opposed to the fast paced energy of the Hermitcraft server. He has some stunning builds on there as well.

Scarland is better with the custom audio enabled as the drummer plays music and at opening and closing a theme plays

This is so unbelievably wholesome. As someone who *watched* Season 9, but didn't get to see half of the stuff I saw in this video, it's such a delight to see it through the eyes of all of you.

Season 9 was, by far, the best season EVER! Scarland was amazing! So was Docs perimeter. But the spotlight just has to be on TangoTek and Decked Out 2. I still go back and rewatch the Hermits (and Empire guests) making their 1st runs. And poor Gem trying to get a key out of the game!

Item frames are a lot laggier then signs. Because there are so many Hermits if everyone used an item frame on every chest of their storage systems it would lag out the server.

Seeing people walk into Scarland makes me so happy. I can't wait for them to see Deep Frost Citadel.

Y'all need to enable the voice chat mod (just sound, not mics) to hear all the custom audio. It was a big part of season 9; especially important if you do another video and go to decked out.

I would agree. After seeing them race the elytra run, I kind of would love to see them race Etho and Rendog's iceboat racetrack as well. They have spend months building it. And ofcourse there's Decked Out 2.. And multiple worthy bases to admire. Easy 6 episodes 😂
