This is the style I'd prefer to go with rtx while maintaining the very aspect of vanilla texture and aesthetic. The only thing l wish to have with rtx is dynamic lighting, waving leaves, webs, water, lava and portal frames. Bonus points for glowing ores and plants too! :D

glowing ores is already possible, most rtx packs have it as an addon, glowing amethyst is also possible

That's what raytracing does, it only improves lighting and nothing else Also raytracing has fully dynamic lighting

Minecraft RTX has limit of texture pack size it will be never same level as java in texture there are texture covering every block but they lack details and at same time it won't look good because Minecraft windows 10 RTX has PBR not POM which makes realistic textures looks really messed up

@@shirasawa1570 I dont think there is a limit, I make my own textures sometimes and ive gone upto x128 but it gets laggier with more details You can design your own custom bushes and add them if you want

The bit mapping adds a nice subtle depth to the textures

This plus dynamic light mods and mob/block animations is just perfect

I know ill never be able to play an actual game with this. But god damn. If i could i would live in this world

amazing how some pbr and lighting can change a game from epic to straight up godly

It's missing proper weather and everything is too sunny because of it. Imagine seeing a cloud's shadow moving across an open field, or having all of the light be diffused by a thick overcast

@@EnderTea_ I think adding realistic volumetric clouds to Minecraft is a bit over the top and looks tacky. I really enjoy the vanilla look of the clouds but I understand if you might want to make them slightly more fluffy or something.

A "contrast" slider could be a good addition, I think shadow areas are too bright.

youve got me by the heart , starting a video demonstrating highend gpu rendering in a video game i grew with and that i love plus playing my favourite song of said game (aria math) = instant thumbs up ans sub .

I really like how lighting is handled with RTX, however I'm not too much of a fan about the water. The light refraction is beautiful but the surface is using the 2d minecraft texture instead of looking... like water. In my opinion, it'd look so much better if they had the same style of water as some java shader packs such as Complementary shaders or Sonic Ether's ones.

This is like the perfect rtx when instead of all the light going into you eyes (aka.godrays) it instead reflects of of the ground and illuminates the scrounging area the only thing I'm not happy about is that there is no shadow when there is light

To me it's basically what it kinda looked like as a kid. Everything looked so pretty and interesting on MCPE when I was playing with friends lol

ive wanted to try this since it came out and finally now im getting a good pc

some people said that thos RT is not needed yeah sure the hardware isn't there yet maybe in the next 5 years we all will look back at this and thought that "this was so hard to run ?" this is a good start it just need more time people said the same thing with physx and realistic aspect in the game back in the day too btw nice showcase i love minecraft with those reflection and lighting.

This is the way I have been playing Minecraft with my friends since 2020 all my recent builds are focused on abusing rtx to look stunning

the good ol' Minecraft music that came with the "world of color" update. gotta love it (or at least I believe it was that update lmao)

U cant use this pack without rtx graphics card btw so that you can still play at 60 to 100 fps

As i am a Bedrock player, and use RTX, I really wish there were better texture packs for Bedrock. The options for nice detailed textures, such as Patrix's textures for Java, would be a game changer!

Probably by the end of the decade. Raytracing for games became a thing not too long ago and now consoles can do it.

@@lexoriz4930 seus ptgi is indeed raytracing technology. The difference is that it isn't using any hardware acceleration , so it doesn't use RT cores and relies on raw gpu power instead of dedicated RT cores. I personally like the way it looks better than the official minecraft rtx from nvidia. They both look nice, but the official one looks very shouty and vibrant, kinda overcooked compared to seus ptgi in my opinion.

Music and lighting in nature

It's been years and they still haven't fixed glitched black regions, water that is just a glass texture (no movement/no waves), and glass reflects the wrong stuff making it look like 4 mirrors folded into a cube.

God this is,,,, BEAUTIFUL LOL XD.. man I wish I got to play this, even shaders IMO look pretty good, the last time I tried shaders on even low res it hardly reached 35fps and was melting the laptop practically so eh

With better roughness maps for each block (as it is now, it all looks like plastic) it can be comparable to java shaders. Not sure about the playable performance tho.

with rtx 3070 Ti on bedrock rtx i can easily get 100+ fps on 1440p while on java SEUS PTGI shaders i can get only 40-50 fps on 1440p
