FOCUS ON WHAT YOU CAN CONTROL! YES! This is something I learned from my partner that I now constantly tell myself.

I really liked the second mindset. I find myself knowing exactly what I want but subconsciously avoiding acting on them because of my circumstances. But it's important to remember that my circumstances don't define me and I am deserving of success and abundance. If I make mistakes along the way, it is part of the process so the best way is to make myself accountable and continue evolving into my best self! Thank you for this video

YES! THIS IS OUR TIME TO START BELIEVING IN OURSELVES! 💕 I used to take this advice lightly until I realized how much I was self sabotaging myself! This can come in a form of self-doubt, analysis paralysis, procrastination, etc. Only now I realize how much not believing in yourself can really hold you back

I think a lot of times the things that make us the happiest (relationships, hobbies, etc.) *don't* align with the goals that we are chasing. It seems obvious to do what makes us happy yet there's a disconnect between our enjoyment and goals. Thought that would be a good idea to add onto the video.

"Trust in the timing and guidance of the universe" really resonated with me since I get impatient and anxious about the future. I know this from my inner wisdom but it felt good hearing it back to me

The second point resonates with me so much. The other day I sat and brain dumped everything that was making me feel stressed. Then, I split those into two categories - the things I can control and the things I can't. It gave me a clear list of what I should actually be focusing on and helped me feel so much calmer about things :) Thanks for another awesome video!

Since having my children I've explored so many new aspects of life that give me joy and pleasure. It's different for everyone, but the sudden significant reduction in 'free' time around my spouse, children and career means I had to be very intentional with my relaxation time and hobbies...and that really works for me.
