I love your videos. You're an amazing motivational speaker, just perfect. I practice mindfulness. It learns that we should take things neutral, fx. negativity like a messenger, just observe, not run away or repeal negativity. What do you think? Maybe the way we think about negativity is what affects us. Thank you for the amazing work you're doing. It makes a difference in the world.

It’s probably the best decision you ever make to become sober. Now it’s time to live again in sobriety. It’s been over 10 years for me. All I can say is what a relief it’s been every single day. Peace.

I quit a hundred times. When I surrendered it to god he blessed me with sobriety. That was 46 years ago. I was ready and willing to change. Then I started going to AA. That did a couple of important things. I was accepted because we were all alike. I made lifelong friends I do cool stuff with.Also, its a place you can help others which takes the focus off you and is very healing. My greatest weakness became my greatest strength. God Bless! I just turned 72. I was dying of liver failure at 26.

I have been listening to this for 2days , today I got the job offer I was looking for like really!!!!!!!!!!!! I am thankful beyond any measures.

I literally shed tears. My 9 year old did this with me and at the exact moment I began to shed tears, so did he! Thank you for this. I always seem to go through the winter blues, so this year, I decided I would try to work on my mood and energy levels before it could even begin. I've been doing this meditation for about 10 days and it is really helping me feel better and maintain the positive vibe throughout my day. I wish genuine peace and blessing to everyone. It's not easy this life, but we get up each day aiming to be our best selfs and spread as much love and light as we can.
