Life saving information for someone who’s mind/body state is untenable. Thanks to Shinzen Young for the tens of thousands of hours spent developing this information. ✨🌟⭐️✨👍

Dear Mr Young, Will you ever make a video or a blog post about the problem of do i turn in or do i turn out? specifically about the paradox of: if i turn in the feeling and it might become habitual, but if i turn out i might be suppressing the feeling? Most of the time i kind of know what to do, but sometimes im afraid that im going to one of these extremes. Some of your wise words might bring me some clarity :). Have a good day.

Yes, pointing out that you are stuck if you see in and out with these consequences. That is already very valuable, but it seems to me like there is more to say about it.

LOL, when you change the subject in equanimity its the same subject same universe seamlessly so. If you enlarge a picture its the same picture.

Use the clarity meditation gives you to choose whether to turn away or towards. Have faith in your own reasoning. Good luck

Love SY. Just don't understand why is everybody LOL when he talks about taoist magic and the use of certain meditations to avert the attacks of evil spirits that cause sickness.

Francesco Carpini I almost chuckled reading your description of the Spirit thing. probably it sounds funny and they are general ly eager to laugh in this setting. The things the Taoists say have important knowledge but the Spirit attacks sound funny to secular culture usually also maybe that monk speaking of evil spirits was unknowingly speaking about mental illness

Maybe they know saying the words "evil spirit attacks" can carry with it the vibration/energy/feel of evil spirit attacks so they push them away by using laughing magic. 😅🤣😐😑

Nothing personal. 99.99999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999 percent of talkers in KZread completely ignore the huge world population of street people.

Or perhaps street people are "crazy". Please invite homeless to the retreat if they behave themselves. Hoo-boy. Like that would happen.
