    Day 1 and Day 2: 1. Started this meditation from yesterday 2. Trying to follow each step - difficult to concentrate as thoughts keep on coming and going 3. Today was better than yesterday - could partly do steps 3 and 4 4. There’s a feeling of grounding and peace Thank you Dr Prabhat!

    I am having mild ocd ...to just get rid of it I started doing this meditation and guys am telling you honestly this work so well with my condition that I feel that I have discovered a new life from it.
