What is Anapanasati Meditation? ‘Ana’ means ‘In-Breath’ ‘Apana’ means ‘Out-Breath’ ‘Sati’ means ‘Be With’ In “Anapanasati Meditation“, the attention of the mind should constantly be on the normal, natural breath. The task on hand is effortful, joyful oneness with the breath. No ”mantra” to be chanted… no form of any ‘ deity ‘ to be entertained in the mind… no hathayogic pranayama like ‘ kumbhaka ‘.. holding the breath.. should be attempted. What is the procedure? Hands should be clasped and all fingers should go into all fingers The feet should be crossed The eyes should be closed Observe the normal natural breath Note - Any comfortable sitting posture can be taken… The posture should be as comfortable as possible…It is not at all necessary that we should squat on the ground… You can perfectly prefer a comfortable sofa…

Thankyou..i was having rush of emotion flowing and was out of control for a while..like a panic attack my hands were shaking..i said to my mom i feel like being so depressed it never happened to me before!! I was being irritated and my attention span was unstable..and I immediately opened youtube and searched meditation..i tried two of the meditation but had no patience and skipped and tried this one!!literally now i am calm..tons of love and i am so thankful🙏🏻om shanti

What is Anapanasati Meditation? ‘Ana’ means ‘In-Breath’ ‘Apana’ means ‘Out-Breath’ ‘Sati’ means ‘Be With’ In “Anapanasati Meditation“, the attention of the mind should constantly be on the normal, natural breath. The task on hand is effortful, joyful oneness with the breath. No ”mantra” to be chanted… no form of any ‘ deity ‘ to be entertained in the mind… no hathayogic pranayama like ‘ kumbhaka ‘.. holding the breath.. should be attempted. What is the procedure? Hands should be clasped and all fingers should go into all fingers The feet should be crossed The eyes should be closed Observe the normal natural breath Note - Any comfortable sitting posture can be taken… The posture should be as comfortable as possible…It is not at all necessary that we should squat on the ground… You can perfectly prefer a comfortable sofa…

31/01/2022 first day of my meditation🌝🤍 What a feeling of the positive energy ✨🔥 I am the student who is studying in 10 th standard...🎀🤞🏻 The pressure of exams , marks , parents'feelings , my carrier 😔😟 all the things are forcing for do work hard 🍂💁🏻♀️ but this music is telling that understand your own positive energy ❤️🤩 thank you so much... I am a very impatient person when it is about learning a new thing. I always watch youtube videos at 1.5X speed. But this one was on normal speed and believe me this 15 minutes felt like lesser than 3 minutes. I am so positive right now and the energy is just flowing through my skin from one part to another. Thank you so much
