I feel rage when anyone tries to lower my self esteem.
You literally described my ex husband.... back in the 90s we have never heard about these terms like love bombing, gas lighting and silent treatment. But these were ALL the manipulation tactics he used to break me down. He succeeded for while, but he did not count on my strength of character to break through. He was just a weak charactered coward who did not know how to cherish and appreciate a strong woman.
