Millrose Games 2022 Men’s Masters 40&50 4X400 Relay

Men’s M50-59 and M40-49 4X400m Relay Race where Greater Philadelphia Track Club teams won both titles at the 2022 Millrose Games at the Armory in NYC.
I ran the 3rd leg for the M50 team with a split of 59.1 and we beat the next team by over 8 seconds to finish in 3:55.12.
