    I love how the Jamaicans embraced Trini and showed their brothers love. We love to see our Caribbean brothers and sisters on the big stage doing massive things even when we are not there. Its fulfilling to have representatives from this region out there. Congrats to the other countries aswell. One love from The Bahamas🇧🇸

    You know we Jamaicans cheer for Trinidad as if it's Jamaica out there running. Love and respect all the way to Trinidad. The rivalry is strong between us but the love and respect towards each other is much stronger.

    I'm a jamaican 🇯🇲 by birth with every inch of me rooted in sports. I lift my cap to the athletes in the ever so competitive mile relay. What can i say about my caribbean team Trini.....Smile Sparrow smile Lara what a team effort. Special mention must be made of the second leg and the anchor. Well done Calypso men i can hear the steel pans from a distance.

Im judging how he showcases his goals and his character. He is very cocky and for someone that really hasn’t done that much... relax a lil. He touched 43 one time and hasn’t done much since. No medals either. Have you seen his interviews? The worst! Not only that but belittles his competition. I’m not a fan of that. That’s just me.

    Trinidad came all the way through! Extremely proud of the race they ran....but that Gordon!!!! He had time and something that he promised himself to prove to himself; and yes, he proved that he could do anything! The look of "I will not be denied" when he came off the last turn was epic!

    You can't really have a kick in a 400 race. In a kick you have to speed up, literally no one speeds up from the 3rd 100 to the 4th 100 in a 400.
