Another really nice house that should not be destroyed. Nice large main floor with nice big kitchen, beautiful fire place and gorgeous staircase. I’m just surprised that there were only two bedrooms upstairs. Beautiful setting with the tree lined yard. Huge basement which would provide so much more space were it finished. Wish I could live in this house instead of it being destroyed. Love the light throughout the main floor provided by the skylights. Thanks Ethan for another beautiful home. I love revisits, especially when the houses are still in the cleanest, prettiest, form. I loved this house, the wood, the windows, the back deck, ... that staircase" It was a very beautiful home, I hated knowing it was being demolished before, not too thrilled about it now either.

I absolutely love this house. Love the light / blond oak floors ,doors. Love the huge back deck and the fact that the kitchen and living room has the french doors leading outside. Love the spiral steps. I would consider this home move in ready myself. I absolutely love the huge open downstairs room. Absolutely perfect for large family gathering i would definitely put in a bathroom and maybe a refrigerator stove and counter space..Why did you stop showing the outside of the homes?

This house is a dream. The solid wood doors and trim are in great shape. It’s move in ready as you said Ethan. The room to the right of the stairs is the formal living room. The opposite room connected to the kitchen is the dining room but I was surprised it did not have a fancier light fixture. The room with the fireplace is the family room. Very standard rooms no matter the size of the build in that era. Love the basement. The bedrooms seem to be an after thought. Not very interesting but then I would say the owners were very practical people. It hardly looks lived in. Why it’s being taken down, is shameful. What a wasteful society. Thanks again for documenting. ❤

This is a big nice house. However, I would not consider it a mansion. I was a bit disappointed with the size of the master bedroom and other rooms. The rooms should be much bigger for a big house. I dont know what is up with all these big houses having small bedrooms. Does the builders or designers think we are midgets or under 5ft tall or something? I would live here if it was free, but if I bought it. I believe 1.5 million would be a fair price!

I really like this house. You can tell the previous owners looked after it well. The only thing I can say is to please go a little slower when videoing. It felt rushed and jarring. The jarring motion caused me to feel nauseous and I was unable to finish watching.

There was this girl named Dev that Ethan was head over heels with. She ended it because he had no ambition to get a real job and lived with his mother. Ethan then created a whole week's worth of fake messages in the form of question and answers that were from his followers, but they were from him. Basic trying to get her back and crying. He always cries. Word is he still drives by her house every week very slowly.
