ABANDONED $8.8 Million Mafia Boss’s MEGA Mansion | Found Vault, Pool, and Elevator

Ойын-сауық

On the outskirts of New York City in a quiet neighborhood sits an abandoned 19,000 square foot mega mansion worth $8.8 million dollars. The mansion was last occupied around 2019 after the previous owner was arrested for tax evasion. And if that isn’t shocking enough it also has ties to the Mafia.
With that being said stay tuned to find out what else the story holds behind this extravagant estate
In today’s episode we take a look at an Abandoned $8.8 million dollar mega mansion rumored to be connected to the mafia. Going back to 1999 a businessman who owned a plumbing company was facing allegations for being involved in a murder of one of his employees. The employee had a major falling out with the owner of the company and accused the owner of blackballing him so he threatened to go to the irs and out his former employer for improprieties within the company. No long after the former employee was confronted by several men in the streets of NY who beat him up. After this the he went to his former employers shop and threatened once again then smashed all of the windows of his ex bosses car. Finally in January of 1999 the man disappeared and police found him stuffed in the truck of his car with 2 bullet holes in his head. But police somehow could never connect the employer to the murder leaving the case unsolved to this very day. Fast forward to 2019 the man and his business partner were getting into more trouble. They apparently evaded over $10,000,000 dollars in taxes claiming their lavish lifestyle and vacations as business expenses. This would eventually catch up to them and land them behind bars leaving the massive estate abandoned. So join me today and let’s see what’s left.

This home could easily be saved. What ever is built to replace it will not come close to the build quality. A real shame.

I think it's time our permit offices and planning board s put a stop to the waist and destruction of these beautiful homes! Banks are insured and can write off lost funds, reduce the asking price and let another family have the property! Destroying natural resources and labor is bad for the planet. Shame on this practice of destruction!

I worked for a number of years as an archaeologist, and one of the things we did was to examine properties that were going to be developed to determine if there were any archaeological remains that would have to be considered. And it was appalling how many beautiful, unique, perfectly sound houses were being destroyed simply because the person buying had more money than aesthetic sense and wanted something “new” that was generally just a cookie-cutter mega-mansion exactly like every other mega-mansion in the area.

The reason the elevator didnt work upstairs is because both doors downstairs were open. Both doors on each floor have to be closed before the elevator will operate. Don't have one personally but had one in a house my family rented in Alabama....we thought it was broke till we figured it out about the doors. This is beautiful! Thank you so much for letting me daydream about being rich..😊

Someone in the comments said it was not going to be torn down but will be renovated/updated and then put back on the market for sale. To me, that's better than demolishing the home and wasting all of the gorgeous materials and wonderful craftsmanship. There doesn't seem to be as much damage or vandalism as is typically seen in these abandoned homes. I hope whoever ends up buying this home, and it's grounds, will enjoy it. And, I hope the previous owner never goes back expecting to live there again. Sounds like he was a scary person. 😲 Great video, BB!! Enjoyed every second of it. Kudos to you. 🙂

Back in the mid 1980s, before Swarovski was known, they did kiosk sales for the Christmas season in Sears. I worked for them for 3 years, one as sales, two as manager. I got to design some of the beads for necklaces and such. Also, the biggest thing about that was the guy in the red long coat and the 4 buddies who came over and ended up buying an 80mm crystal ball for a girlfriend's Christmas present. When they left, three girls came up asking where they went. I knew they had to be "someone" so I asked who it was. Bon Jovi, who were in town to do a concert. I met Jon and the rest of the band! Yeah, fun memory.

Are you sure this house is being torn down? All indicators say to me that it’s for sale or been sold and renovation is just beginning. 🤷🏼‍♀️ Just the power being on and no real deterioration make me scratch my head in puzzlement.

James 5:1-6 Come now, you rich, weep and howl for the miseries that are coming upon you. 2 Your riches have rotted and your garments are moth-eaten. 3 Your gold and silver have corroded, and their corrosion will be evidence against you and will eat your flesh like fire. You have laid up treasure in the last days. 4 Behold, the wages of the laborers who mowed your fields, which you kept back by fraud, are crying out against you, and the cries of the harvesters have reached the ears of the Lord of hosts. 5 You have lived on the earth in luxury and in self-indulgence. You have fattened your hearts in a day of slaughter. 6 You have condemned and murdered the righteous person. He does not resist you.

What an amazing place, and it's just going to be destroyed to allow for new cookie cutter houses. What a shame! Bankz, I really got a kick out of you being giddy with excitement when you saw the master suite. Made me laugh. Thank you for bringing us this! I believe that the very same place is on another explorers channel, right now! Of course, I opted for yours, and I was not disappointed. Wonderful video from a wonderful guy! Keep 'em coming.

That is so sad to see old family pictures and personal items like the veil that will just be thrown away. And to tear down such a huge property that is filled with marble and design features seems like such a waste. And what happens to the property? Who sells it and gets the profits? So many questions.

This house is beyond amazing!! Just stunning to see, much less even being able to fathom such wealth to live here. Brings tears to my eyes knowing it will soon be demolished. It’s almost as if this house has a life of its own, and will soon face its demise. So utterly depressing 😢😢

That was the servents quarters over by the wrecked kitchen. The ceilings to me look cheap lol. I'm sure they weren't cheap to have done but really?!? It's such a shame they haven't allowed people to come take apart like the railings and stuff that could be used. All those trees and ornaments would be awesome as well. Seeing stuff like this makes me sad, I feel bad for the pets, the rest of the family that had nothing to do with the crimes. So sad.. Thank you for taking us along
