If you are a beginner, start with one millet meal per day. If you are using millets for some time and are digesting it well, you can have little millet or barnyard millet for the second meal with plenty of vegetables

When you start eating millets for the first time, eat a very small quantity - maybe quarter of the quantity of rice you eat. Make sure to soak the millet overnight. Cook the millet well. Check out this video kzread.info/dash/bejne/hKprj7yBn7KXXaw.htmlfeature=shared Eat a lot of vegetables along with the millet. Drink more water through the day.
