Dr. Khadar Vali's millet diet for diabetics has garnered attention for its effectiveness in managing blood sugar levels and improving overall metabolic health. By replacing traditional staples like rice and wheat with diverse millets such as foxtail millet, pearl millet, and finger millet, individuals can experience positive results. Millets are nutrient-dense and have a low glycemic index, making them suitable for diabetics and providing essential nutrients while minimizing blood sugar spikes.
Dr. Khadar Vali emphasizes that a comprehensive approach to health extends beyond diet alone. He encourages individuals to adopt a holistic lifestyle that incorporates regular physical activity, stress management, and avoiding junk food. By embracing his principles, individuals can achieve not only physical health but also mental well-being.
Dr. Khadar Vali's contributions align with the International Year of Millets in 2023, which aims to raise awareness about the benefits of these nutritious grains and promote healthier diets and sustainable food systems worldwide. His expertise and passion for millets have made him a trusted source of information, inspiring individuals to make positive changes in their lives.

I'm 65 Yr(running) old Senior Citizen, vegetarian without onion garlic. I don't consume tea, coffee, cold drinks, tobacco, alcohol etc. After watching his videos & gaining knowledge about Sridhanya Millets, I started using them from 16th Nov'22. I've completely stopped eating Rice,Wheat Flour,Sugar,Sweets etc. since then. I used to be an obese guy but within 8 months lost around 20Kgs of my body weight due to Sridhanya Millets. My other parameters of blood have also became normal range. I sincerely thank Dr.Khadar Valli & request all to take advantage of his knowledge. 🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳JAI HIND 🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳

Hey it's great to hear that you following millets lifestyle and being vegtarain is awesome, I have also been following the same, but as Dr khadar also promotes dairy free lifestyle, now due to dairy industty involved in cruelty business with cows it would be great for our own health as well as for cows welfare, that we go pure plant based, these dairy farms cows are artificially bred for existence for our milk demand and the male calves are slaughtered at the day 1and the female baby calves are grown adults in just short period by giving them growth hormones and they again are subjected to repeatative cycles of forceful pregnancy by inseryting bulls semen and when these become old soon after 5 yrs are sent to slaughter house.. This whole pain of pregnancy and each time the female calves are also left separted from the mother coz that will drink the milk to sold for humans. Sorry for making it so long, pls considee this and think thrice before having milk or milk products .. Same case for eggs as well. 🙏

While i truly appreciate your view on millets, i am curious to know if all forms of sweets are not to be consumed? How about jaggery? Ayurved mentions use of sweet for pitta prakruti individuals to balalnce pitta and even vata dosha. Also in one of the question answer session i heard that millets suggested (ambili) for breakfast and then later we can have some other meal say jowar ,ragi etc as i understand.. Please confirm.

This is Sujata from Munch and Mull. In my personal experience, we at home try and include a diversity of grains, vegetables and fruits in our regular diet. Diversity is the key to balanced nutrition. Also a whole grain plant based diet is recommended and organic will do wonders to ones health Apart from millets,we also include brown rice varieties,a variety of legumes and pulses. So moderation is the key to good health. Along with the right diet, a good level of physical activity coupled with a healthy mind are pillars for good health. Regarding sugar versus jaggery, jaggery is better due to its mineral, vitamin content. Any sweet has to be had in moderation Regards Sujata from Munch and Mull

Reversing kidney issues involves lot of lifestyle and diet changes. Do consult your doctor when it comes to food changes. Banana stem juice is good for kidney stones and for general kidney health. Consult your doctor before you start using millets. The five positive millets are brown top, barnyard, foxtail, little and kodo millet. You can cook them like rice. One cup millets to three cups water. Soak for atleast three to four hours and pressure cook. Regards Sujata from Munch and Mull
