Lowkey read this comment, then was not looking/working on something while listening and it got REALLY loud at 3:28 and as soon as I looked, it was Egypt. Laughed a bit too much.

I like how the Egyptian military band doesn't even learn from their mistake. this isn't even the first time it's happened

From the way they play, it seems like they have to be randomly random conscripts to the band, that will never get more than a year or two of experience playing an instrument. So it probably would be an entirely new crew making their own mistakes.

For the Indonesian one:Indonesia has never actually has a Military Band. The band is part of the cadets either from the Police Academy or the Navy/ Air Force/ Army Acdaemy. Indonesia should start taking military band seriously by recruiting those really talented in doing bands like what the UK did with their Guards Regiments Bandsmen.

wrong this is the same military band that plays every 17th of august. They are not cadets, they look too old and too fat to be one. They are established just for this purpose, even though every 17th of august the palace also brings out professional civilian bands to inadvertanly play the rest of the songs, these guys still get the privilege to destroy the national anthem. The dutch deemed this entire nation tone deaf, thats why they stop bothering to teach us musics. Just accept the fact.

As Indonesian I already noticed that in last 30 years that our military band played our national anthem really really terrible. Especially when they played it on the independence day ceremony at our presidential palace. And seems there's is no any improvement to fix that. We deserve much much better orchestration for a sacred event like independence day ceremony. We can learn from China and Russia, their military band are great example for that 👍🏼👍🏼

Mexico has very good military bands. Check out the videos on the September 16 parade (defile del dia de la independencia).

The Iraqi band intentionally played loud because the Pope has poor hearing and they wanted him to be able to hear the Vatican anthem being played.

As someone who hears the Vatican Anthem regularly, the Iraqi version gives me shivers.

Yeah, I must admit that was not really bad at all . But the thing is, it sounded like Elephants, not any brass instruments, were used. They're pretty notorious for playing anthems that way anyway, so yeah.

I’ve been so trained. These are NO LONGER fail. Just epic.

The anthem played at 1:45 (I'm guessing Indonesia?) sounds more like a high school anthem. At 2:16 you can hear the part where the fans should yell "Fight"

The arrangement of the Indonesia Raya anthem is indeed like that. The 3rd stanza of the volume is slightly lowered. So, there is nothing wrong in bringing the song.
