Pollo Alla Ligure
Ligurian style chicken
[material]
Chicken 500g
1 clove of garlic
1/2 onion
1/2 cup white wine
Several dried bay leaves
dried rosemary
dried sage
Broad vegetables 100cc
Olive (Tajasca variety)
Olive oil - appropriate amount
[How to make]
Finely chop the garlic and onion and fry in a frying pan over medium heat.
Add chicken and continue frying.
Once browned, add white wine and cover the frying pan.
Add the herbs and olives, and add the broth in batches.
Cover and simmer over medium heat for about 50 minutes, season with salt and pepper, and enjoy!

    カルチョーフィさばく手がめちゃくちゃ慣れた感じですね。それとあのジャムを仕込んでたご友人の方のレモン絞る手つきとか。生活に馴染んだ食べ物なんだろうなってすごく伝わる。カルチョーフィとイタリア人の関係は日本人と筍みたいなものなのかって勝手に思ってたんですけど。。。わたしは筍が恋しい時はカルチョーフィごはんにしようかと思ったりします。
