After trying skiing on a weekend for the first time in several years,
I had my first fondue in the mountains.
My first interest in food was
When I was watching an anime about Heidi, Girl of the Alps.
The old man held the cheese over the fire in the fireplace,
When she saw it melted on bread
I still remember the shock.
Fondue in Switzerland is a place of strong admiration.
I was able to receive it in a setting that seemed to have come true ten years later.
Authentic Swiss fondue recipe
⛄️🫕　FONDUE for 2 persons
material:
1 clove of garlic
Gruyere cheese (AOP certified) 200g
Vacherin Fribourgeois cheese (AOP certified) 200g
White wine
Cornstarch 2 teaspoons
Lemon juice 2 teaspoons
Kirsch 50cc (optional)
A pinch of cayenne pepper
bread
Rub the garlic into the fondue pot
In a fondue pot, mix the Gruyère cheese and cornstarch, then add the white wine and lemon juice.
Heat and mix well, stirring constantly.
Once it boils, reduce the heat to low, add the Vacherin cheese and let it melt thoroughly.
Add kirsch and cayenne pepper.
Do not boil it any further and make sure it is always warm.
