Mila Kunis chews out Russian reporter - in Russian!

During a press conference in Moscow to promote their latest R-rated comedy, Justin Timberlake and Mila Kunis encountered one Russian reporter who had a very pointed question for the Sexy Back singer-turned-actor, and one that seemed to infuriate Kunis.

I wouldn't say they never took any of her money considering her father brings his Lexus LS600H L into my dealership for service and the vehicle is in her and Ashton's name, but I can't blame her for supporting them, I certainly would do the same for my parents if I were in her situation. Her father is a nice man, but a man of few words.

For all those peeps in the comments who were asking for a translation/wanted to know what's happening. Reporter: Justin, I have a question for you about the movie and about sex. Mila: About what? Reporter: About the movie and about sex. Mila: Yeah, I heard you the first time, just wanted to hear you saying it twice (she means the word "sex") LOL Reporter: What made you want to make movies? Why on earth would you want to act? Mila: Why? Reporter: There are many people in show business that go into acting and it doesn't do them any good. Is it really necessary for him to act? Mila: Why is it necessary for him to act? Well, what do you want him to do then? *everyone laughs* (I love how she is like "hold on, I got this" to Justin xd) I don't get it. If he wants to, then why not? What sort of question is this? How about you then? (*directed at the reporter*) What are you doing here? Why are you here? Reporter: I am just doing my job. Mila: Well, it's the same for him isn't it? He is just doing his job.

stacey dovbikk In Eastern Ukraine it's more of a dialect of Russian. The language is sufficiently different in Western Ukraine to be considered "Ukranian".....but close enough to Russian that it's hard to imagine anyone being unable to converse with a Russian. Kind of like Northern Italian and Southern Italian. Mostly it's vowel shifts. The city named "Lvov" becomes "Lviv" in Ukraine. Stuff like that. Ukranian is "softer", and kind of slurred together. It doesn't sound as angry as Russian. I get a kick out of them, anyway. I adopted my daughters from Russia when they were 13 and 9 years old. It's a fun place to visit, but you have to take your sense of humor with you or you'll go nuts.

I understand that when Russophobes, to hear the word " Jew ", blaming the one who spoke this word - about anti-Semitism. This is ridiculous. I don't care what people nazionalnosti, just the merchants in Odessa mostly Jews. It so happened Historically! it's not my fault that this is so. Looks like the Russians should be offended that they were called Russians, poles - called the poles, the Jews - called the Jews?! But I'm proud that I'm Russian! And never be offended by what people call a spade a spade. Strange your claim. That is, the person cannot speak, as is?! I know that the Russophobes this is a trend..... If I see a Jew, I say, that he was a Jew! If I see that the Russians - I'm talking about. he's Russian! What's the problem?! In Odessa there is just a certain way to speak Russian! This is characteristic of the indigenous inhabitants of Odessa and is the basis of humor of Odessa! It's not a problem! It is a given! If you have phantom pain - go to a psychiatrist, don't need to break another brain, which did nothing, the progressdialog. Very fun to listen to the horrors of Odessa in Russia! So all that amused. Otherwise, would not this video! And manner kunis to take things into their own hands, too funny, that's all! No need to be a psychologist to evaluate your problems. You just ashamed that you're Jewish! This means there is some reason for this, otherwise it can not explain. There are no bad Nations, I understand that, but there is a strange fascist groups who experience phantom pain on the nationality. If a person is not a nationalist and not a radical - he doesn't care what your nationality and he does not hesitate to talk about this calmly. Without hysterics.

I know the feeling. I feel like such a linguistic wuss when I visit other countries, and almost everyone can converse in at least two languages. I do always learn the very basics (please, thank you, pardon me, hello, good-bye, numbers, etc.) before I go to a new country, but I’m very bad at speaking other languages. Even if I know enough to be able to read things like menus, maps, street signs, and simple things, people laugh and can’t understand when I try to speak it. And almost always, the other person, or someone nearby, speaks English well enough to help out. I really wish schools in the US began teaching other languages when the students are young. I was only required to take two years of a language for my high school diploma to be considered “college (university, really) prep.” And I wasn’t required to take any other spoken languages for my bachelors or masters degrees in engineering. I think the argument for not requiring more from university students in science and engineering was that mathematics is a “universal language,” and we did have to learn at least one computer programming language. I will say that, at one time, I knew how to say the equivalent of “Cheers!” In 17 different countries. 😉

The question was For Justin: "Why did you become interested in acting? Because it affects a lot of people from showbiz. " Kunis: "what do you want to he do?" - laughter... the reporter tries to repeat the question, but kunis is ahead of her and said, " what are you doing here?" - laughter. Reporter: "Work." Kunis : "It's the same thing! ". - laughter. All this in a funny way Jewish Ukrainian market traders from Odessa, the city of humor. )
