Ruddock did not show up to lay down. He might have been Mike's first opponent to really ring his bell and make Iron Mike earn it. Great fight.

Tyson was an animal. But in this fight, you could clearly see he didn't have the same discipline he had under Cus and Rooney. Less combinations thrown, less lateral movement, looking for that one big shot. I would have loved to have seen what Spinks-era Tyson could have done against Holyfield and Lennox. Nonetheless, every Tyson fight is a blast to watch and he is one of the all-time greats.
