    I have subscribed to Teddy’s Dynamic striking videos. That has tips for use in sparring/ fighting but this is a very good slowed-down breakdown of bag drills to work on. It all comes down to what an individual is looking for and getting out of it through simplified and clear technical instruction. ❤🥊

Your videos are absolutely invaluable and your communication is second to none and close to the point, thanks from the bottom of my heart. Can't wait to see more of your content and practice what you show on a daily!

    Very good heavy bag depiction of peekaboo. However pad work implementation consist of foot work, whereas heavy bag work neglects footwork and focuses more on drilling combos flat footed, pad work is more for practical uses where your opponent is running and punching back. Best to implement two work outs often to get good.

    Nice combos. But you should slip or weave to the left 1st in some of those combos. Tyson was trained to do that to avoid the infamous 7,2 combo. Also, if you slip to the right 1st, should you follow with a weave to left, rather than a slip to the left. Because, once again. You might get caught by a #2. But I did see one fight where Tyson did slip right then slipped left. But usually he naturally weaved after slipping right 1st. I guess the point is to break the pattern once in a while. Keep the opponent guessing.

  • @stavvers

    any tips to get faster at slipping? and should every slip be almost like you're intending to fire a punch after?

  • @madhookersboxingmartialarts

    @madhookersboxingmartialarts

    7 ай бұрын

    Best way is to have a partner throw punches at you. It’s not how fast you can slip but learning to read your opponent’s tendencies before they punch. Also the key to peekaboo is to slip or weave after you punch

    Number 8 is a jab to body hook to head hook. Number 23 is a jab straight right to the body and then hook to the head. Same punch numbers but knes a straight and the other is a hook to the body

    I have so many questions, why the mask? Why the gloves? Why does he sound like the riddler? Why does he have a singlet on top?

  • @madhookersboxingmartialarts

    @madhookersboxingmartialarts

    8 ай бұрын

    1. Mask is just a gimmick. Copied off The Batman movie. 2. Pink gloves are a gimmick. I call them the pink gloves of justice. 3. Copied after the riddler 4. The outfit is copied from Jack Dempsey
