I'm a 27 year old grown man and I started crying in the last part of this video, no wonder Mike Become a champion with such a mentor
Leaves me tearing up everytime I hear it. What a bond. If someone speaks that passionately about you, you would probably die for them. God bless Cus and what a man you have become Mike. Nothing but respect for both of them ❤
He’s with me that’s my boy…cus referring to Mike gets me 😢
This clip here is the an example of EXACTLY why Tyson chokes up every time he talks about Cus.

Yes brother..... Mike loved him so dearly..... I think for cus , Mike was the reason to live .... and for Mike all that mattered was cus.... Cus , was Mike's everything !!!! His world . May cus rest in peace !!!!
Damn. If someone, some mentor could say that to each of us at one point in our lives, that would be all the motivation we need to succeed.
Frank Stallone just biting this conversation casually when Mickey talks to Rocky. The world needs more Cus’
The utter sincerity of those words from Cus. Imagine being the the position to say something like that to someone, you’d be on top of the world.
Cus = Legend
Cus adopted Mike as a kid and saved him in all the way. What a beautiful story
Tyson was blessed to have his man in his life even for a short time.
Cus D'Amato was a Motivator & Role Model for Mike Tyson! A True Legend of Boxing! RIP Cus D'Amato..Your legacy will live on forever!
0:30 that's all love. Nothing but love.
Cus is the reason i wanna have children when i’m older
I am having crazy deja vu right now. The thoughts that Cus expressed in this clip are almost identical to what Mickey said to Rocky in "I didn't hear no bell!" flashback scene during Rocky V. ....Deep!
The only moments you can see the fear, shame and hesitation in Mike's face
Father figure of mike and father of kabib, just amazing.. Their guidance and training lead mike and kabib to become a champion..
Beautiful.
only an italian would do that, that is how latin people are, what the christian church stands for, giving, caring. im sure he saw himself in mike, you know italian-americans had it hard too.

Well, that, and he also wanted 1 more amazing champion under his belt, the youngest and best out of his stable - to cement his legacy.

Elsinore Miranda This little angel is gonna whisper in your ear and say, "Get up you son of a bitch! Cause' Mickey loves you."
Mickey quoted Cus in Rocky 5 about staying alive and meaning in life :')
💭 He had Tyson *undivided attention* & "vice versa" (greatness) ☝ 💭
If Cus doesn't die Mike Tyson goes down as the greatest fighter of all time. 💯
God the last 5 seconds of this video really got me in the feels
"A person dies when he no longer wants to live." this is so true. And it is not correlated with age either. an 80 year old man can have more energy and drive than a 20 year old
I love the fact that Silvester Stallone used this quote in his film Rocky
If he stayed with Cus and Kevin, he would have never lost.
its so great when cus is talking about life and death and tyson is just hanging on every word...he knew he better listen and learn everything he can from this man
This is awesome, Thanks for uploading
Mike has a great deal of respect for him it's clear on his eyes
That's a good man right there ...I think they needed each other for the same reason 😎😎
Wow...That IS love bro ❤💯💪 #ripcus
The father figure Mike needed

He looks like a child
Only a man with deep fatherhood feeling can said the words Cus said here. Mi father used to love me that way.. made me the man I'm am. How touchy his will and feeling towards Mike is
This makes me wanna cry!
cus was an incredible, complex man
That's some powerful love right there.
Love it!!! Cus was really proud of Mike, and that's why Mike loved and respected him.
Imagine a biopic about Cus and Mike! If they could find the right actors and an amazing script, that would be killer. Maybe even have Mike Tyson do a cameo in the film!

Jason Statham and Tyler James with Micheal Bay Directing for the dramatic explosion shots.
Mike Tyson is to Cus D'Amato the same way Alexander was to Aristotle. Supreme talent on their own but when you bring them together you get legacy and empire
it takes a lot to be shut down and rebuilt. especiallly at that age..he became respectful in strangers homes. he became a new person. that in itself expended upon a young person that has no way which to go is the same reason i teach people to cook food. you might become greater than me. but i will always respect the values i instilled in you and you as a young person. fathering skillls isnt easy when you die. you are just happy that certain people listen.
what an amazing duo. Both of them are both amazing people
Don't you wish all white and black people could love each other like that! ?
Whenever I hear some stuck up single mom say "I don't need a man, my boy don't need a dad" I think of this clip. Don't underestimate the power and influence of a loving, caring and strong dad. To me Cus was Mike's dad and I think he would agree.
Wow words so powerful!
"Get up you son of a bitch, cos cussy loves ya"
Referindo-se ao seu mentor Cus D'Amato.... "Cus fazia-me ler Nietzche quando eu tinha 15 anos, eu mal consigo soletrar meu nome mas eu sou um (além do Homem)". Mike Tyson
Just a wonderful and emotional speech from Cus "The sorcerer" d'Amato to his Boy Mike "Iron" Tyson ^^ And Hey CUS : """You made it. Mike has been Heavyweight Champion of the World.... You can continue to sleep soundly CUS ... You made it !""""
Sly Stallone writing Rocky V: ‘HMMMMMMMMMMM’…
Its amazing how we all have a mentor in our lives it gives us a certain purpose and desire to live from day to day you lucky if you met one
I hold my phone shaking with muscle spasm of joy when I hear something like this
This shows the power of belief. His immense belief im Mike made him a champion
hell yeah straight up man
Only person mike had beyond respect
The last god of boxing.
Cus' we all love u ❤
How can these idiotic people can dislike such an amazing vedio
Amazing
Wow 💯powerful words 🙌🏽
MIKE is the Greatest in a special way !!! IRON MIKE !!! Honor and respect!!! 🙏✊
so sad that cus died shortly before tyson became a champion

At least he saw him become champion
For a man that never married and had kids, Cus D Mato was also indeed a father to Iron Mike.
idk if i heard it right but "now i can talk to anybody even if im their problem" is calmly intimidating
Mike probably wouldn't be here if he didn't have someone like this in his formative years. The guy protected Tyson for as long as he could.
How different things would've been had Cus lived a bit longer. Mike's my all time favorite. Good to see him where he is today.
Mike is like small kind boy near Cuz...Beast with golden heart.
What a decent man.

He did let mike get away with a few awful things
a movie about these two would be amazing, but the cast and the script are always the most difficult parts
Caint wait for the movie.
He doesn't know...he is sitting with an angel ❤
Powerful wow
