Mike O'Hearn & The World's Strongest Man Thor AKA The Mountain

Спорт

Not sense Godzilla fought king kong has there been a battle like this!
The Mountain Vs. The Titan!
I’ve officially trained with the strongest human on your planet - Thor Björnsson
A student said to his master “You teach me fighting, but you talk about peace. How do you reconcile the two? “ The master replied “It is better to be a warrior in a garden than to be a gardener in a war”
The point is, life is about keeping yourself ready so you don't have to get ready.
For example, strengthening connective tissue and bone density to increase overall longevity so as you age you get stronger instead of getting weaker.
You have to test yourself every day, the moment you stop, you get slow and your expectations lower.
When expectations are lowered, you start to set limits for your age relative to how fit you can get.
There is no maximum limit. I’ve kept my strength at the pinnacle of the health and fitness industry for over 35 years. You guys ask me how this is possible, it’s because I test myself every day in order to never slow down. Persistence through difficulty is the name of the game.
When I met up with Thor and we shot this video, I noticed something great about him, his humility.
He’s the world’s strongest man, but he doesn’t let being #1 stop him from constantly sucking up every ounce of knowledge and keep improving himself, it’s incredible; all around he’s a great guy.
The Titan teamed up with The Mountain and we shot an insane video going over these 5 key things:
1. How to increase longevity, specifically in the elbows 2. How to use breath for more power
3. How to lift heavy continuously
4. How to minimize injuries
5. How to test yourself to stay youthful and ready all year long
This is a great video and a lot of people have been really looking forward to it. Don’t hit the gym till you see this workout.

Pause it at 8:25. Each man is about equal distance from the camera. Mike is like 250, thor is 400's. Thor is another species of man, plain and simple. You are looking at a large guy next to a giant. The funny thing about these giant guys are, is that they really don't take it as serious as some of these smaller guys with something to prove, they do not have the same motivation and heart put into it ( not that they do not put in work).. Thor is only 30 in this video, and if you look at his body and vascularity, it doesn’t even seem like he does any sort of anabolic drug; His muscle's do not even look hard and locked up, like mike had mentioned... Yes, I know his body fat is a bit high, which might make his muscles look a little softer, but I think if he cut, his muscles still would not be as bulging and as hard as some of these body-builders muscles. It's like putting a steroided pony next to a shire horse -- No matter how much muscle you put on the pony, it will not meet the mere natural strength and size the of horse.

Going rep for rep pound for pound with 430lb world's strongest man. At 49 years of age. Don't think people appreciate the level of dedication that takes. While I think Mike gets recognition for his strength endurance, he doesn't get anywhere near enough credit for just how strong he is. The way he moves big weights is some of the most impressive displays of control you will ever see. Perfect form every time.

Love it when you take the time Mike to do the editing so clean great video, and to be honest best part is when you get hyped about the Birthday SQUATS. You a king in the legend of success, work-outs, heavy-body-building. Thanks for putting in the time, and thor be pretty cool and interesting to see more videos like this with more massive looking body builders, celebrities or not just working out like this passing the education, and still maintaining physique. Keep doing what you do Mike. And to all the other titans out their working it getting it in. Shout out to! Mike Smelly Melly!!

I spread around your workout a lot . And request aspiring humans to watch your videos and carefully listen your explanations and then carefully watch how you do the movement . Well here in india when you do these workout you do attract eyeballs wide open. And man when somebody tries out these exercise , they never ever turn back to the regular common movements again . God bless you sir . Lots of wishes and luck from india . Hard work is what you put in with great mind . So I don't need to mention anything about Hard work as that is what sir mike o'hearn is known all over the world. Discipline and focus .
