Awesome hunt. My best friend was killed in Iraq in 2007 by an IED. He willed me two of his guns, one of which was an old Mossberg 12 gauge. I took my first gobbler with it last year. I’ll never use another shotgun, ever. My oldest of 4 sons is going with me in a week for his first time in the Missouri turkey woods, just before the season closes, and boy I can’t wait. Thank you for your service Staff Sergeant, and I hope you get back out there for another longbeard!
