Mike Johnson hit with the question he’s DREADED
Mike Johnson has proudly put his faith and morality at the center of his political career. But when specificaly asked this week how he felt about Donald Trump's character, Johnson vehemently defended the former president. The speaker is the latest among many Republicans lawmakers to brand themselves as the party of Christianity in an effort to ensure that voters feel aligned at the deepest level. MSNBC's Brian Tyler Cohen takes a closer look at how the Republican Party exploits religion for political gain.

Not just he broke the law BUT he can't complain as Biden is the President and he has a hearing at the Supreme Court that "The President has Full Immunity for his actions while in office" So how is, if this witch hunt in his view accurate, doesn't apply to the case waiting to be heard at the S.C.? Anyone in the R side explain the difference? Serious question, not a gotcha but if anyone is a Trump voter, care to explain the difference to someone who believes in the RULES of government, constitution, legal system? If you have the same questions, please don't respond. I just want to hear from the Trump supporters and Republicans who vote party over my questions for clarification. In the Netherlands journalists team up in cases like this. The next journalist in line will repeat the question the politician didn't answer. And if he still doesn't give a satisfactory answer the next journalist will also start with that same question. It requires journalists to work together, but it serves them all in the end. The questions politicians refuse to answer are usually the questions that really matter.
And that is why 100% of jurors voted "guilty"!

Why do American reporters not directly ask johnson about his religious stance on trump's Adultery? In Australia, we'd fight fire with fire - use his 7th commandment to hold him to account. That way convenient-christians like johnson can not flip-flop around with blatant hypocrisy. It was literally carved in stone!

Why let Johnson get away without answering the question asked him about how he justifies trump's behavior with his DEEPLY religious beliefs? He immediately brushed that question aside, and the journalist let him go on, and ON , AND ON, about how trump's trial is a sham. He is the sham and the reporter should have pushed harder to force Johnson to defend his religious beliefs against trump's corruption!

I would ask him, ‘If anyone committed these alleged crimes, should they be held to account?’ The party of law and order squirming would commence. The only reason the trial did not happen earlier is because Trump tried to delay it. They have themselves to blame for getting in bed with Trump and not ousting him when they had the chance. I can just imagine what the republican party as a whole are all saying behind closed doors - "Can we have just one day without a scandal please."

Board of Education, suggesting (flat out stating?) that it was wrongly decided. I don't understand how he can be against civil rights.
