A normal man would just make a better product and lower the price, or spread further out and get some more customers, or work with Richard so that they don't step on each other's toes. As a person who used to sell drugs in highschool, better weed or stronger shrooms, to the point you grow it, it’ll would be back to back on who has better products, so when I was too young to kill another teenager, you’d have to steal or destroy their product. Undertable dealing with competition is a game of king of the hill. Thankfully I got out of that deep hole because I couldn’t sell anything

Mark and Digger loaned the still to Richard to help him destroy Mike and Jerry. Mike and Jerry are simply defending their territory and customer base. If Mark and Digger's still gets ruined in the process, Mark and Digger should have known better to try and use Richard to destroy Mike and Jerry. Stay in your own lane. Stupid choices have stupid consequences.

@@wvg4800 I disagree. Mark and digger weren't trying to destroy Mike with Richard. They could have done that by themselves without Richard. They were just trying to help a friend in need. Richard even went to Mike first to try to work a partnership with him. Mike decided to make it a competition. Mike, regardless of having competition in his area, knows he shouldn't have destroyed another moonshiner still. If every moonshiner did it like that then there wouldn't be any moonshine or moonshiners. It's dangerous enough without having to watch your back from another moonshiner. There is a general code amongst shiners that Mike keeps breaking and that is "you don't destroy another man's still. Richard showed his integrity when he found Mike's stash and left everything intact. Richard could have stolen every drop and bounced back to Louisiana, but he's not a POS like Mike. Those bayou's are deep. A man can go down there and never be found, both ways you wanna take it.

@@Beckasarus230 Those are 30 gallons barrels thus 60 gallons they needed equal 2 barrels. Would be about 240lbs 120 for each man to lift very doable!

Mike and Jerry you're going to get it with Mark and Digger now because that copper still was very expensive to them and this may result in a big fight

Discovery didn't dare mention anything more than showing a couple of newspaper articles and that was all that was mentioned. But it's definitely scripted.

It's copper. Very soft metal and there were a bunch of other things inside. After working construction for over a decade I can easily believe that a copper still would get demolished like that.

It may be scripted, but it doesn’t mean all this didn’t happen in the past…kind of like a tv show based on real moonshiners stories. I believe Mark and Digger make moonshine in real life, just not on the show.

Mark and Digger started the trouble by loaning the still to the interlopers from Louisiana to infringe on Mike and Jerry's territory and customers. If the still gets messed up, it's nobody's fault by Mark and Digger and the interlopers from Louisiana.

Mark and Digger should never have lent the still to the usurpers from Louisiana. Mike and Jerry are just defending their territory and customer base from interlopers. If Mark and Digger use the Louisiana usurpers to get back at Mike and Jerry, by loaning them the still, then Mike and Jerry don't owe Mark and Digger anything. It's the price you pay when you step on someone's territory and customers.

Yeah, it's Mike number 2 over here. Instead of being afraid of competition and sabotaging them, why not try to conentrate on make a better product. Mike and Jerry want to make an inferrior product and sell it for a high price. I would hate to be their customer. It sounds like they want a monolopy. I guess they could be kind of like the electricity utility. The could have a monolopy and run out all the competition and then charge whatever they want for their crappy, watered-down liquor.

Notice how Mike and Jerry have all this time to do petty things bc they’re not selling any liquor therefore not making any which means they got nothing to do with their time

Marks like a kid who keeps diving into a briar patch and blaming the thorns when he gets hurt. From the first time I laid eyes on him I knew he was a snake. He has that soft look about em..and I dont trust a man whose a 'criminal' but doesnt know how to fight, who has anxiety and is that afraid of jail. If the police leaned on him, he'd give up his mother.
