Historic Flight's MiG 29- taxi, takeoff, flyover, landing with drag chute, and taxi.
Sorry for the goobies in the video, thats an artifact of trying to edit in mts format, vs converting to avi. Also, the flyover portion sux as I couldnt get the camera to focus, dammitt!!! In any case, what a sight! What a sexy looking airplane!

Nice video, great seeing the video from the "other" side of the runway. Cheers
i am loving the ANA planes in the back
HFC is Paul Allens (Microsoft) baby. a wonderful flying collection of WW2 fighters, U.S. German, Japanese, Russian-if you're in the Seattle area a trip to Everett's Paine Field shouild be on your schedule to see HFC, the Heritage Flying Collection where this was shot, and take the Boeing factory tour.
The mig-29 was made to counter the f-16, it is roughly the same size. The su-27 was made to counter the bigger aircraft like the f-15. The su-27 is huge
@subbass32 It's owned by Paul Allen and the Flying Heritage Collection in Everett, WA. The jet was previously operated by Ukraine. Love the beginning of the video as the MiG passes the Me 262 hangars, you can just see a sweet Me 262 sticking out of the hangar.
@Danmaz6fan I noticed the 262 as well. Shame that the company making replicas only did a limited production run in the single digits.
The Historic Flight Foundation, located in Everett, Wa. I believe the intention is to sell this unit to finance restoration of one or two more MiGs, also to sell to help finance the Foundation's ongoing operations. I may not have that exactly correct, however.
Who owns the Mig 29? Thanks for posting this. Never seen this plane before. Kind of looks like F14.
Is that a ME-262 in the hangar back there?
