Pep in a recent review was asked why he took out someone like De Bruyne in the 75th min to which Pep replied by saying "he's the boss". No one above him. Why don't we see City players doing anything like this over the years? Players who mess with the team culture or question the manager (Jesus, Cancelo) irrespective of their form and impact are sold/loaned. So INEOS need to step in and make this a no brainer that players can't go public with their frustration. Maybe be vocal on the pitch or in the dugout but keep it very clear with the manager. Social media only adds fuel to the fire. Also, feel Rashford is constantly backed by ETH because of his last season. He doesn't want to drop someone who was a big reason for his success in his debut season. That being said, he also needs to know that he has to do what is best for the team. Maybe ETH doesn't want to lose the dressing room by dropping Casemiro and Rashford both who were our best players last season. Probably, he's aware how player influence has unfortunately lasted longer than the managers so he doesn't want another problem amidst the questions raised over him with regards to Sancho and countless injuries this season. Again comes down to INEOS to back the manager that his decision and calls will be respected obviously on merit. P.s- Let's hope VAR fucks up big time like it has done already this season multiple times and City mess up their treble run
