Tennessee homes have steadily been increasing in value - is Tennessee in a housing bubble? Will the market crash in Tennessee? I'm Rachael Hadidsaz, a Realtor®️ born & raised in Tennessee. Currently I'm living in Murfreesboro, Tennessee and my real estate business is brokered by Epique Realty. I think the Realtors are contributing to the high prices just like you said in this video offer them more than they're asking all that's driving up the price latest rate increase I think it's going to slow the demand down
You’ll run out of buyers soon you know it’s going to happen. Less people will qualify for a mortgage with rising interest rates.

Real estate will always have its ups and downs but fear of what may happen in the future can be crippling if you allow it to.
Selling my current home and finding a home out of state is still a concern of mine.
I can tell you are a real estate agent. Homes cost twice as much and interest rates are twice as much in middle tn...stop with the deceptions.

It’s true that home prices have doubled all across Tennessee within the past 5 years. However, Interest rates aren’t location based, and that’s a good thing. Yes, I am a real estate agent, as I said in the second line in the video :) thanks for watching!

It's still crazy in Central New Mexico. We've traveled to Kentucky and Tennessee to look at areas to move. Almost every market is red hot. It's difficult for buyers and sellers. A good agent is worth their weight in gold ! Thank you for sharing your experience, wisdom and Tennessee.
I almost moved to Brentwood from California back in 2015. After seeing the prices I couldn’t justify giving up the California lifestyle in exchange for a expensive house in Brentwood. At those prices it wasn’t worth moving.

Just like designer jeans you’re going to pay for it! That stands true today with median home values exceeding 1 million in the Brentwood area. Do they live better than I do here in Murfreesboro? It’s all relative :)
That's crazy how housing been increasing like crazy man. Are you on other social media platforms?
They need to fix the roads in Franklin, the traffic situation is horrible. If a disaster strikes Franklin unless you have access to a helicopter 🚁 it’s impossible to get out of there.

The housing market in TN will continue to rise because people running from Dem state to TN.
I sold my home in Mt. Juliet last year and moved to Raleigh, North Carolina. If you think Tennessee is booming, it has nothing on North Carolina. It’s crazy here. I just moved into my new home in Raleigh.
