What Is The Weather in Tennessee Like?
What is the weather in Tennessee like? Are there tornadoes? How much snow does Tennessee get? Is the humidity unbearable?
These are all the same questions we asked when moving to this state too, and we decided to answer them during the winter storm of 2021. Tennessee truly does have 4 full seasons. It's definitely not the dry California heat we were used to, but if given the option, I would choose the variety of weather here any day of the week!

You both look like you belong in a Hallmark Christmas movie especially with all that snow around you. The both of you make a cute couple so I mean it as a compliment. LOL We are considering moving to Tennessee from Seattle area. I am originally from NJ and spent many summers in Florida so I know too well what humid summers are all about as well as snowy winters. My husband and I are tired of long, cold rainy winters out here in WA state. I think TN fits what we want out of "retirement life". Still have another 5 more years. Great video!

You'll get used to the humidity... no, no you won't. I've lived in Tennessee for over twenty years and STILL am not used to it! XD
I’ve lived in Florida, Texas and California. I can’t say I love humidity, but it’s great for your skin and also helps you sweat out toxins.
Tennessee sits right on the line of the north and south so we get all 4 seasons for sure . Middle Tennessee sees snow every year just usually it’s not a lot . Some winters it can snow 4-5 times with other winters Mabye only 1-2 times. Best time of the year here is probably September through April when it’s not hot, end of December to early March it can get really cold dipping into single digits in Jan-feb but mostly upper teens to low 30s.. it’s August 22 2022 right now and the nights are dipping into the 60s and if it rains Then the rest of the day will be around 72-75 which is nice 😊 fall is right around the corner 😊 nice video!

A church family whom we are very close to are moving to Tennessee from NY.
