Top layer of cake gets rotten in mine case From inside its very well baked only my top layer gets rotten

Uper layer of my cake is crispy not soft why nd when I bake it 25 mint its not properly cook then I gave it ten mints more but my cake is not cook well from middle

Making this for Good Friday ,looks so soft ,nice and easy .

In my microwave oven there are two options that first is only convection and second is both convection and microwave Than which i use to bake cake ?
