Thanks for sharing. Form-Quiz feature is cool but i found two thing lacking is (1) how do i easily "track" that all my students have passed and (2) for those that passed, send them an email with a thank you note for completing it.

Jacqueline, at the begining of the tutorial he said you have to option to add the "Name" field from the students, or you can leave that out and send it as annonymous, like this one.
