Hi Kevin, do you know how to copy a form in the updated version of MS Forms? For some reason, MS removed the option to copy a form. It was there last month, now it's not anymore.
I was a college professor at Fullerton College, CA for years and had to write my own testing programs that integrated with Excel or other office items. These forms are GREAT! No need to write a new program for everything I want to do. I taught computer programming. Nice video. I will subscribe to your channel.
Hi Kevin, thanks for your very clear and concise information. Might it be possible to do a follow-up video on how to link the forms back to a table within Excel? And can that table be linked, perhaps with relationships, to another workbook where the data is used?
This is perfect Kevin! I cant wait to start trying this.
Once again, you’re truly the master! Thanks a bunch.
Thanks Kevin. Your video got me started with a survey and now I am waiting for the results. Keep up the great work!
Thanks, Kevin. Once again, there is far more capability in my office program than I am ever aware of. Nice overview.
Kevin I really enjoy your tutorials!!!! Thank you very much! Such a big help!!!!
Kevin, This video is video 30 or so that i have used immediately after watching with success! You and your team rock for making all this value free, for me.
Your channel is extremely beneficial to me in learning the nuances of easily navigating O365. I appreciate your work.
Thank you, really useful AS are all your tutorials!! Just one thing though, I do not seem to have any templates at all - how do we get these??
Thanks a lot. I successfully made my first MS-FORMS requests a few minutes after your tutorial.
Informative with good pace and no needless waffle. Thanks
Great tutorial! I will be using today and many times in the future!!
Thanks, Kevin. I had no idea I could do this. What a great tool.
Thank you for the video! Very helpful tips for real needs... Straight from Brazil!
This is truly great to watch and follow along ! yazzz! thank you!
Thanks, Kevin! I was able to create my own survey after watching your brief tutorial. Great job!
Hello kevin thank you very for the shot. Really helpful and Catching out rough idea to prepare my work related suveys with the customers.
Hey Kevin, many thanks for the tutorial, very helpful indeed, keep up the good work.
Hey Kevin, I enjoy your videos. They are very thorough.
Really clear instructions. A great help. Thanks.
Thank you so much Kevin!🙏😍 Very helpful👍👍
Enjoy this content. Very well explained and helpful.
Appreciate your videos and teaching style. Have you done a video that talks more about using the results in the excel spreadsheet as they are captured by form responses. For example - can macros be added to the spreadsheet or reports created from that data?
Good list Thank you This is perfect Kevin! I cant wait to start trying this.
Thanks, Kevin! I understand that we can export responses to pivot tables to analyze the data from the survey. But please ask the MS team to add charts and graphs to the response tab for analytics, trends, similar to Survey Monkey.

Hi Kevin - a question Is there a way you can build slightly more advanced forms e.g. with tables and drop down selections?
This was really helpful. A very organized tutorial with all the important aspects being covered very concisely.
Thank you so much for explaining how to to use all those apps, Forms is definitely one that i would use to see if customers are satisfied.
Very informative and interesting. Looking forward to more of your vlogs. 👍
Kevin, you all tutorials are very much informative and we'll explain. I am really very impressed. Please make some videos on different hacks and tricks of Microsoft and Google.
Fantastic, can’t wait to get to work tomorrow and start sending quiz’s out
Great tutorial as always, thank you, Kevin.
Thank you Kevin! Great videos and instructions!

You have to tell us "where are you " because is important to know where are you located as a posiotion, so we can make better segmentation in our academic study. Because if you dont tell us where are you, than we can have a logic in questioning survey.* .
Great job on the video. Clear and informative.
you are AWESOME Kevin, thank you!!! :)
Thanks for your help! I found this video very useful, keep it up :)
Thanks a lot, this was very helpful, just all of your other videos.
Thanks for the video, I've watched almost all of your playlist on Teams as my job is transitioning to the platform. I'd love a more in-depth run through creating a test/quiz, especially: 1. If you shuffle the questions, does that impact the excel report or does that report always come out in the order in which the quiz was generated? I assume so, because otherwise the excel report would be very messy, but I'm curious (and looking to automate grading for simple mass quizzes :P ) 2. The "text" option for correct answers is a bit unclear, as in how close does the program accept the correct answer, like "8.0001" is counted correct if I put in "8"? I assume not, so that's a pain for calculation-based questions. Agreeing on a sig-fig count up front is a good workaround. 3. How does the "math" feature work exactly? I've been ignoring it but that may help with #2 above. 4. How can I control access and time to the form, say I teach the same class on two different weeks, how is the form protected/accessed and how easy is the excel report to parse for each class? Keep up the great work, I'm learning a lot and helping my team (ha!) at work a lot with your videos.
Very clear and explained in a simplified way...
Thank you! that was Very helpful
Incredibly helpful. Thank you, kind sir.
Extremely helpful, thanks a lot!
Thank you for this video🙂, it was helpful - very nice & interesting.. Request you for POwer point presentation preparation effectively..
Great vid. Thank you! How do I import a Google Form into MS Forms? I don't want to retype the form.
Thanks Kevin. This video helps.👍
Can we add a countdown timer in quiz form and auto close after the time is up?
Thank you very much for your expert tutoring
Hi Kevin, thanks for this video, it was very helpful for a project I have in mind. However, I would like to know one thing, when a response comes back how do I set it the form up so that the respondents come back as the person's name and not autonomous?
Thanks for the video Mr. Stratvert.
Thank you so much for such a wonderful session
Thanks for your clear tutorials! I didn't know MS had this capability! Just started creating a quiz and I want to use the likert scale format but cannot set a correct answer. I know this scale is generally for gauging opinions that have no correct answer, but it would be extremely helpful to be able to have a "correct answer" option instead of having to make choice-style questions. Is that feature coming soon?
It's Useful to me, Thanks for your video!!
Thanks, Kevin. It is very useful
thank you so much for your Video Kevin Stratvert
Very precise presentation, thanks Kevin. I wanted to find out if MS Forms has 'Cascade Select' like feature that is present in ODK forms? If not is they a way around it? Cascade select: the choices available in one question is based on the selected choice from a prior question.
Another awesome video, thank you Kevin, you have helped me massively :-)
Super video on MS Forms - thanks KS, I'm off to build one for one of my clients now.
Great for my current project. Thank you 😊
Thanks Kevin. It is very useful
why am I now realizing this can be done. wow. instant sub!
Kevin ,Its useful. Thanks.
Thank you. Really helpful.. 5 stars for you, kelvin
Extremely helpful!!!! Thanks😀
Your awesome.thank you Kevin Have a good day
Thank you for the great videos! I'm trying to use forms to make a questionnaire in Teams so that teammates of mine can submit purchase order info to me. I need to be able to have forms expand or reduce the amount of line items, depending on the requested quantity. For example some of my team may need me to create a PO of just one line and the next team member may need me to order 30 items. I have made one for just one item, but I need to be able to expand it based on quantity. My thought was that I could possibly use branching to loop back to the item section but again have not been able to figure it out. How can I accomplish this? Thank you.
Very useful clip. I've got enough info to kick start. Thank you so much Kevin.
Great tutorial, thank you so much! I'm looking to create a quiz template would I be able to that with the quiz function?
Thanks.. was of great help!!!
Your tutorials are very educational and reveal many uses of software that I was not aware of. Is there a way to use forms as a contact page on a website?
Thank you for the video, Kevin. Anyway, can we save the forms we've made in OneDrive? I can't seem to find that function. Nas, Malaysia.
Thanks for this great introduction
Thank you very much I love your work
Hello Kevin, Thank you for Your Job. Really helpful. ☝🏻 question? In my Microsoft Forms is not showing templates, some idea 💡 what I can do?

🤣 You have to subscribe and the templates will appear when you click on Edit. After you can click on choose theme.
Good overview. Needs info on where it saves the data and how to reuse it (export, analyse etc)
Excellent video 👍. But Kevin, why don't we have Forms as part of office in the office app on Mobile? Also after creating can you print it in case you would like to hand them out to customers physically instead of mail. Thanks as always.
I always like your tutorial... thank you
TY Kevin, I appreciate you. Could you explain how to use the quiz for students for grades? I want to schedule the quiz to pop up in teams during online teaching and have points to it. Unfortunately, my school has given us zero training and decided to go online and just dumped this on us!!! We are all frazzled atm. Any help would be greatly appreciated
I just realised how little I know about the opportunities of Office 365... Thanks Kevin!
Hi Kevin, great tutorial. Query - can you do survey follow ups in Forms?
Hey Kevin! MS Forms produces a handy Excel spreadsheet with answers. However, when text is involved, the Excel file can be a bit painful to work with, especially with long answers. Is there a trick to get Excel answers in a more digestible format? Thanks!!
Amazeballs! Thanks Kev!
Brilliant presentation tutorial & well done
FORMS has been great for virtual learning, but it would be even better with a way to group previously used Forms into folders to organize. I have such a long list of them and its overwhelming to look through. Also, it would be helpful to have a simple way to clear out old responses if you're wanting to reuse a form at a later date or with a different group of students.

Just copy the form & give it a new title to match cohort in a particular Term & year. Then, you can really see responses or trends via cohorts within a Term & year!
Hey Kevin, great videos. Can you please also show how to use MS Flow and Power BI ?
Kevin, your videos are very helpful. Thank you. Looking forward to partnering with you someday.
Nice one thanks Kevin!
Thank you for the video! How can I enter an acceptance term before starting to create the survey? I need people to express that they agree to participate of the survey.
Thanks for sharing Kevin. One question, is it possible to share the up-to-date excel generated through the Form to others?
Ty this video was very helpful
Hi Kevin, I'm hoping that you will see this and clarify things for me. I teach Kindergarten and we'll start as remote learning, with live instruction. I attended a workshop showing that we can use flipgrid, Nearpod and other things in TEAMS. Now, we use Canvas and created Activities there to be able to sync with gradebook. Can I sync the activities created in TEAMS with the gradebook on Canvas? I hope it makes sense. Thank you for all the helpful videos.
Thanks Kevin. How do you deal with other (specify ) questions and how do you undo branching. Thanks.
Kevin, great video and learnt a fiat bit mate.... Microsoft user.
Great presentation, I want to see how you create an application form for school and SLA forms..
Honestly, it HELPS that you work at microsoft because then I know you are accurate in your tutorial
Thank you very much!
You're worth more than they're paying you, whatever it is. MS Office and Word in particular is now becoming my preferred document editing tool.
Many thanks Kevin
Very informative and clear
