That PVC pipe up to the roof is your plumbing vent to relieve back-pressure. Looks great, Linda!

It is so beautiful and I would not change a thing. Love the corner windows they always look so lovely in homes. The porch is such a welcoming spot and I know you will enjoy it so much. Your lot is so suited for your home design. You hit this out of the ballpark! So happy for you. ♥

Is there a bedroom? The craft room was described as a spare room not the bedroom right? Very cute space. Love the high ceilings. Curious why no loft for the grands/storage?

If you want a pocket door speak up, they require different framing than a swing door.

LOVE IT....I would put a linen closet in that space in the entrance of the bedroom to the right where you said you'd put a plant.

Love that metal roof Linda! It will last much longer than shingles. What a gorgeous setting for your house. That property is so relaxing and pretty. The trees are gorgeous. So glad you have that big porch because you sure have beautiful scenery to look at. I think your house is going to be so charming there. Like a story book cottage.

I’d put your recliner in the ‘spare’ room and make yourself a cozy sleeping/lounging area. Then get a sleeper sofa for the living room, so there’s space for people sit and/or sleep when they come to visit.

The high ceilings and porch is my favorite..The pipe going up is a vent pipe ,that allows the toilet ,sinks to flow properly to the septic..Basically it air……Looking great Linda ..Loving it ALL..💙🏡

Hi Linda ,after we now have lived in a tiny Park Model 1 bedroom, I wish we had a Coat-Vacuum holder space CLOSET near the door. We only have double doors in the bedroom and it's not enough for us. I like your space and looks like higher ceilings perhaps??

Hello Linda, Its exciting to see how much as been built in just days. You have so much more space in this micro home. Love the vaulted ceilings and pocket door systems. It really gives the illusion of larger living space. Lots of natural lighting and the bonus room will be a versatile multi purpose fully liveable 2nd creative nook for the way you nest and work. Very exciting progress indeed. Can't wait to see what your going to do with floor finishing and decorative accents. Love the large walk in shower. Looks luxurious. Have you thought about screening your porch and incorporating a porch swing?

Oh my goodness, a 20x20! That really puts it into perspective for me. We added a 20x26 room on to our farmhouse a couple of years ago. Its really going to be a wonderful living space for you.

I think that is a vent pipe if it is in the bathroom. I think you need those for the toilet so it will flush effectively or something

Gonna be nice! It's good you are monitoring the workmen and asking questions. We've had experiences with construction guys moving windows, pipes, etc. because we weren't at the site often enough.

It is the little things in life that get me excited too. Its not just you Linda. 😊 "3 dishes" made me laugh. I'm glad they were able to take the wall down that you didn't want in the bathroom. In my corner cabinets I wish I had put those lazy Suzannes that spin around. Thankless water heaters are supposed to be really good, let us know how you like it in the future.

I hope you change your mind later to utilize some of the ceiling space above one of those rooms for a small loft attic/storage space. It seems like the ceiling is going to be very high and so seems like you could have a lot of wasted space up there if not used for storage.
