From where Mickey was in 94 .... To then come back the way he did.... Nothing but respect. Love the guy... 💯

Been binge-watching Mickey's movies lately, and he just has so much talent. A lousy childhood-- which really tears me apart to hear about has given him a sort of "wall" that Im not sure can be broken through~just ❤ his acting. He could have played ANY role...

He’s 42 here and his face doesn’t appear to be damaged from boxing. He must have had surgery between 94 and 97 because in the Rainmaker (1997) he appears different.

This interview was in 1993. In January 94 it looked his face was messed up. Got into a fight on the street? Then he got plastic surgery in February and March to fix the damage. Then he looked like himself for the summer. Then he got surgery again in September 94 and the slide towards plastic surgery madness started

Straight up talker, no BS, and the talent to back it up. Compare that to the 'puke asses' we're given to watch on screens and press junkets today.

On my country the voice actor that dubbed Rourke was the same to dubbing Bruce Willis, his name was Newton Da Matta, unfortunatelly had passed away some years ago, great professional!

Bruce Willis stole Mickey rourke’s career in the 90s. Hollywood had an actor that looked like Mickey so why put up with mickeys bad behavior. The same thing happened to Lindsey Lohan and her Doppler ganger Emma stone. Emma stone took Lindsey Lohan’s career.

A guy I know who does stunts in Hollywood said a lot of people suspect face transplant to someone else. Sounds mad but when you look at his face at some points.... I agree, it definitely wasn’t boxing.
