Folks didn't come out to vote for HRC because she doesn't bring out those feel-good trusting feelings in people, especially white women from the working classes who are familiar with her ways. We have to give folks candidates who make them feel good and in whom they can trust. Responding to clearly racist acts - such as the arrest of Professor Henry Louis Gates on his own property in 2009 - is not "race baiting". But in any case, you're quite right. Michelle is not the type who would want to bring racists and non-racists together. She's the type who would want to kick racists in the ass. Not a politician.

It's really to bad she doesn't want to run. she stands a huge chance of winning and she could restore her husbands legacy. Here's to hoping she has an epiphany and ends up running.
