Please keep making this series! I've tried to search "how to cook/plate fine dining" soo many times to no avail. I really believe you've hit a unique niche that is educational as it is interesting I know you mentioned in your previous video that it's not profitable due to the high cost of ingredients (Totally understandable), but I believe these $25 pp budget challenges can really help keep the costs down! AND it also makes it more accessible for many of your viewers :) also, LOVE trader joe's! Your talent and creativity is amazing Michel. Keep going

I can’t tell you how much I love these videos!!!! I went through a really sad divorce about two years ago and remember driving home from work at the beginning so upset not knowing how I was going to cook for just myself or eat alone and now it’s become one of my favorite little things to make myself affordable but fancy plates. These give me tons of ideas! ☺️ I’d love another Trader Joe’s one that is maybe garden party themed. 🥗🌺 Interested in more grilled items too!

Italian here 🙋🏽‍♀️…..polenta is traditionally peasant food in Italy…kind of like rice in most other parts of the world. Just FYI. Gave me a chuckle when you said polenta is elevated 😉. Fun video, I enjoy being inspired by your food content! Your plating game is getting real good!

I did not know this! The only time I have had it was at Fogo and that is over $50 a meal so i thought it was fancy 😅 😂😂😂

I’m obsessed with this series. Especially seeing the whole process of you collecting the ingredients to plating and tasting. Makes me want to try some of these!

Winging it is awesome! Also, this video actually does help me with meal ideas because watching you plan the meals helped me understand how to combine ingredients for the ideal balance of flavors and textures. Love it!

This was my favorite episode of the series so far. I got excited to watch when I saw this was a budget friendly episode, loved that you shopped at Trader Joe’s and bought basic ingredients but though about how to elevate them, and found the episode really engaging. Plus, incorporating Jordy’s constructive feedback was fun.

Also for the oyster mushroom - I recommended slicing them lengthwise (so they become thin ish long slices) and grilling them! They develop such a beautiful smoky char, and you can top the risotto with it for some extra texture

I really, really like this series. This one was especially fun; just think of how much you are spreading your "chef-y" wings! I think you were too hard on yourself with the meat course, though. Once you got it plated up, it looked so delicious! What's really Fin about this is how much fun you seem to be having, and how natural all of this seems for you. This could be a calling, ya know? Thanks for taking us along on this fun ride. 😊
