The question is: Is it Michelin Possible OR is it a Mission Impossible?
Come along with me as I try to re-create a Michelin meal that I had at Valle. This was a chef collaboration dinner featuring the two-star Michelin chef from Californios in San Fransisco (chef Val M. Cantú). Together we choose one dish, attempt to deconstruct each part + recreate it at a home cook level.

What a brilliant idea! I'm a Marketer, a Web Designer/Developer AND I hold a culinary degree - This is the perfect series. You could actually start an entirely new channel and I think it would drive a new audience as well. Nice job Michel!

I think you did a great job, Michel! I know for myself, at 68 years old, I wouldn't be able to recreate a dish the way you did, simply based on taste! Kudos to you! And filming while cooking? Way to go! Can't wait to see more!
Girl, 99% of us wouldn't even know where to begin, let alone research , shop and then try different iterations for each level of sauces, tortilla and battered fish. You are brave! May not exactly the same but you did it. A+ for effort. 90% there, super tasty....is a great recommendation.
I so appreciate the legit critique from Jordy, a lot of spouses just kiss up to make them happy, but he's helping her learn

When I saw the title of the video, I was a bit of a "Negative Nancy" but because I'm #TEAMMICHEL... after a couple minutes in, I was HOOKED! I'm so impressed with your culinary skills and all the hardwork that went into capturing such amazing content. Girl you are the truth! ...and I loved Jordy's reaction, it was no sugarcoating and very honest (ie. that's never the case in taste testing videos). Hands down, everything about this series is 10/10.
