    When tasting, Josh closes his eyes, sits back in the chair, and tries to identify what he is tasting. Ollie rocks back and forth in the chair while his eyes pop out of his head which is twisting and turning. Since he does this with almost everything he tastes, you never know if he likes it or not until he speaks. I love these guys!

    Listening to everyone here say they don't care for oysters is so foreign to me. Nothing beats throwing some hot sauce and lemon juice on it and eating. It's an amazing and divine thing.

    I was a butcher for 6 years so i can tell you Ollie that the cut off point for lamb to become mutton is usually around a year and a half in the UK :)

    I tried caviar once at a wedding,I was not impressed it was just little balls of rancid salt water. Some of the “posh” foods people rave about I really don’t get lol (I have tried tho I promise 😂) I’m defo more on ollies level here

    @@littlemy1773 Lobster, oysters, and roe (caviar) were all once considered "poor man's food." They were cheap and plentiful for villagers living along the sea. After railroads came about and ice houses could keep them refrigerated, it suddenly became fashionable for inland residents to import seafood that they never had fresh access to before. The natural supply rate of those food sources couldn't keep up with the increased demand and those foods became more scarce increasing their price.

    The wagyu carpaccio scone with truffle and caviar wouldn't be too hard to replicate, but increasing the portion size would cost a fortune. The only cheap part of that is the scone 😆

    I love the way Josh closes his eyes and Ollie's eyes get big as saucers when they're tasting the savory foods (no time-stamp necessary, because it's consistent throughout), then they reverse when they get to the first chocolate from the Sweetie Box! (beginning at 11:22) :)

    I feel so validated because Ollie holds the spoon with his left hand and the fork on the other. As a left handed child, I was always scolded because they say I was holding them the wrong way haha now I just don't care anymore lol

    This is so random but I met Julian (the French guy showing the distillery) in Glasgow! We were both waiting in-line to do the Day 2 PCR test. We talked for a bit since the queue was so long but I never asked him what he did for a living. Never knew I will met him again on your video! If only you guys upload this earlier! :D

    I truly believe the universe chooses a select few to enjoy oysters and you can assume that if you haven't tried one by a certain age you're not one of the select few because every person I've ever seen trying an oyster for the first time hates it 😂

    I was actually surprised when they ate it raw. In my village,freshwater oyesters are called ,sitwa and we boil them like snails and garnish with spices to eat.
