I work as an icu nurse and see some of the worst things in life. I discovered the need to protect your energy in this environment. It isnt easy and i go back and forth on it, but these spirituals realities are all ive ever wanted to see.

If you don’t react - just allow - you will stay in peace. I have a crisis going on today. This meditation with MS taught me to let go. It’s just a blip on my radar. Meditation, here I come. It always works.

@@lesleymcmillan1893 explained at 11:11 and 40:05.. don’t touch it with the mind. ❤ Allowing is that and only that. If we do this, it’s not pushing it away or grabbing, the energy will do what it needs. The energy is smart and knows where it needs to go. We are the ones that get scared and lock it up inside of us.

You are more likely to find your soul mate when you love yourself. When you love yourself it is much easier to love others. Unconditionally. Stay open -and empty - to receive the miracles. Loving yourself unconditionally and forgiving yourself unconditionally -not with ego but simply with love - you will be kinder, more fun, and a magnet for love wherever you go. It works!

Current struggle is to allow myself be vulberable around others. I personally change the way i act around others and get ashamed of my own needs or preferences.

This happens to me. For me, it's a result of the impression I received of myself from my outer experience (family members, how circumstances played out, etc.) I realized pretty early on that the way I narrate these experiences to myself will inevitably become the way I engage with them and experiences of the like. I'm still in the process of freeing myself from the burden of thinking I need to mold myself to my environment.

merrily merrily merrily, life is but a dream… some career choices and life paths are way more “noisy” than others.. for those in the noise of like ICU care, EMT’s, caregivers, i say a purposeful prayer out onto you, that peace and stillness ride right along side your super talents in action..

If people disturb you...guess what you have to learn to be yourself in the midst of ither people, and not be ashamed of who you are. If you struggle with that and open up you will see shocking synchronicities

I love these teachings but I have been led to disagree that we must always leave things alone. For the past year and a half, Iv played nursemaid and slave to my brother. Iv mulled this over and over, gentle admonishment, rational discussion etc...nothing worked till in utter fury and frustration I cleared my heart. I told the truth, not maliciously but straight forward. Wow...a miracle has happened, my brother has internalised it and through the spark in his eyes, I can see it hit home. Its so difficult to know how or when to do this but every so often, there is purpose in the madness

Don’t ing is very very hard when you are addicted. That’s why AA, therapy, a support group. A safe friend etc are necessary . Most people can Don’t on small little things but the huge reactions, well you have to be born nearly free.otherwise you keep working on the small things and get help and support w the big things.

Hi. You can listen to Michael's weekly talks here: tou.org/talks/. Although they only keep 10 audios at once on the website. So every time a talk is uploaded, one disappears. which is why I repost them here. I apologize for the ads. I did not realize KZread puts ads on channels that aren't monetized too, but I believe I have resolved that issue. Thank you for bringing that to my attention.

I got an email with red i need to pay school fees asap! Immediately I felt the disturbance inside, instead of doing the normal reaction of financial stress. I told the self i do not know how to solve this. It will solve itself I said. I relaxed and moved on. Few hours later my Sister calls me and said she has extra money don't i want to borrow some money and i can pay her back months later with no interest. I sat there 😶. Like what just happened.

Hello. No disrespect. This is a Fantastic explanation how to let go of thoughts. But I feel that you do need a technique anchor to focus on maybe on your breathing in and out do you don't get caught up on thoughts. What technique do you recommend as relax and letting go is not a technique to focus on. Thank you.

This is a nice perspective, but grief of lost loved one's forces us to grow old, loss of those that loved you from the time you're born, gone, lost of a spouse child friends etc. and hence why people try to fill the hole(s) in them with junk, IMHO ... what does he say about grief? ... which video?
