There was no crime with Scott's Tots. Civilly, it was a contract: he pays tuition if they graduate high school. Unfortunately, this contract needed to be in writing in order to be effective; the statute of frauds requests that contracts be in writing if they are taking longer than one year and/or concerning a monetary value of $500 or more. They could make a claim for promissory estoppel, but that involves detrimental reliance, and that would be hard to prove considering all they did was put in more effort to graduate.

I have to go make a call.
Major crimes: 1. Kidnapping of a minor (definitely a felony). Dwight is an accomplice. 2. Conspiracy to frame an employee and reporting false police information-basically SWATTING equivalent. Another felony, Dwight is again an accomplice. 3. Conspiracy to vandalize company property- but that would be up to DunMiff to decide if they wanted to prosecute, which they wouldn't. Probably won't be fired because it was out of misguided good intent. 4. Egging Toby's house- vandalism- 3rd degree misdemeanor. He's committed enough stuff to do a few months to a few years in jail. Only one who edges him out is Creed and Dwight is right behind.

There might be a few harassment cases to add. Also, pretty sure they did something unlawful at the end of the controversial corporate meeting when he promised employees a lot of stuff he had no business of promising, he took stuff and then ran out the building with his Scranton co-workers and fled in the limo.
The watermelon on Stanley's car could also be seen as a racially motivated hate crime and makes it even funnier

If Michael was convicted of all these crimes and was given the maximum penalties… he would at least serve 60 years behind bars👀🤣
What happened in the one where he was pouring gas? I don’t remember that
Michael should’ve gone to jail for all of these crimes
This is exactly why Michael Scott is the flawed hero. They say you admire people for their virtues but you love people for their flaws. I'm thinking of King David.
Tbh if I was that kid I would take it as a break
In the first clip, Stanley’s hairline is painted on. You’re welcome.

Since when is it illegal to put caprese salad anywhere?
Actually, Michael hit Meredith on company property with company property, which is double jeopardy. So he’s ok.
7:17 just notice the simpsons reference
michael is the only one who can stop quicksilver and spank him hard. 😂
Honestly, he could've just refused the pizzas since they didn't want to give the discount and got the chance to order good pizza and be in good terms with the group. It was a blessing in desguise, but he flipped out.
I asked chat gpt to write a pun about the solicitation of the salad; here’s what it came up with: “Lettuce hope Michael doesn’t end up in court for romaine-ing involved in the solicitation!”
I wonder what the running total would be if he actually got convicted
pretty sure that was battery not necessarily assault.. isnt assault is the threat and battery is the actual contact.
Not to mention his attempted sexual assault on the married lady who owned the Dave and Busters place.
Jan’s lawsuit may have been frivolous, but Michael isn’t committing perjury by testifying on her behalf. It’s not illegal to practice the phrasing of your testimony in advance. Jan was taking advantage of Michael’s stupidity to get him on her side, but that’s not his fault.
only 10 minutes?
I mean half of those aren’t the names of the crimes and half of those aren’t even crimes.
*LOL You will not find a jury in all the land that would convict Michael Scott of anything except being AWESOME!*
Toby is the worst HR representative ever. He let Michael get away with all of these crimes and willingly chose never to report him to corporate. If Ryan got arrested for fraudulence against the shareholders, then Michael forcing employees to falsify his signature on company documents as well as kidnapping a minor on camera should've landed him a handful of years in jail time.
