I totally agree with dr. Shyfer that this private (personal) physician is NOT practising his medical ethics. That is too bad.

If he didn’t mean to do it why all the suspicious behaviour he should have admit what happened who he was etc on the 911 call he showed no remorse then or now! 😔that’s a lot of money he was earning 🤨Micheal is a miss understood man with such a beautiful soul such a lose 🥺💔

I actually feel bad for Conrad Murray. We all know and can see that he didn't want to kill him. Obviously his actions resulted in the death of MJ, and there is no excuse for not calling paramedics right away, and there is no excuse for using propofol as a sleep aid. That said, if you put yourself in that mans shoes for a moment, you have to admit that Murray probably feels destroyed over what he did and the result of it. People can actually die from sleep deprivation. Propofol wasn't the answer, but I can understand some of the logic behind what he did. I think we seriously need to look at the use of personal physicians and have tighter control over propofol. Demonizing Murray as evil accomplishes nothing.

It still is manslaughter! Your arguing is logical, however it just proves it wasn't intentional. He did kill him though! He was paid an enormous amount of money monthly to take care of him. The man was about to make a restart in his career. MJ was (and probably still is) one of the most influential, famous and loved people in the world. If I were his physician I'd probably be like carrying an egg with a spoon from one room to another if you get my point...

@@geogianno7744 I never said it wasn't manslaughter. Of course it WAS manslaughter. My only point is to not to say Murray is pure evil or the devil.

@@MissNebulosity you 're right. He is NOT the devil, this is clear. However, it is also clear he didn't do a good job as a doctor. And this negligence of his resulted to Michael's death. It didn't cause e.g. a toothache or a discomfort or food poisoning. Somebody actually died! You run over a bird or a cat in the street driving in your car and still feel bad (or I feel bad at least...) for days or longer. Imagine killing somebody just because you left the room for a few mins or you failed to call 911 immediately or you gave a lethal dose of a drug that you shouldn't supposed to give for starters! MY point is that the way you stress sth takes a whole lot of guilt and blame for the man who actually did it...

He was long gone way before he got to the hospital. It doesn't take a genius to know this would kill him. There is plenty videos on KZread of doctors in the operating room giving them the drug and they immediately stop breathing so they have to put a tube in. Anybody with a brain would know this would kill someone. I don't think it's possible for him to take this drug for over a month and live through it.... that part doesn't make sense to me. How he was able to do it even once and wake up on his own. That's so rare..
