What is a realistic time frame in number of years until the pace of intervention overcomes aging? I would assume the beginning will produce non-uniform results and actual integral age reversal will come some time after that, perhaps 10 years later. Now that Bezos gave a massive boost to the interest for the domain, is it going to be 20 years until overall aging stagnation? Is it 30? I think that since we will eventually be able to manipulate biology at the molecular level, we will eventually have a thorough intervention no matter how you approach it and that epigenetic cleanup is only the first, most available, step. Eventually we will have a thorough intervention whatever the approach will be.

So why haven't we done the obvious experiments in primates with telomerase gene vectors, telomerase activating chemicals, etc.? Dr. Andrews was talking about this in 2008, but AFAIK all this time has passed and there has been no progress. (I worked at Shay-Wright lab 2001-2005 BTW, I remember Shay saying the same thing about measuring leukocytes' telomere length, while i was doing it ;)

The Neurons are Simply not Regenerating whereas in the least Senescent Human these Cells are possibly even becoming Better upon Regeneration; but therein, there is still an Organ System that is not within such Circumstance or Joie De Vivre Status as the others. It is almost Pathology Within Pathology to try to figure out the Mechanism of Aging and The Cause of the Death at Autopsy simultaneously. 3) Anyway, Molecular, Genetics, Epigenetics, the idea Stands as it has for Millenia. If you like what you see or have, why should it go so easy or last so Little (Rhetorical Question of All Mortals). I cannot add much on to this Topic as I fear this was Proteomics and a rather Expensive Paraphernalia-Dependent chat. 4) What I will say is that it is Professors and Priests that there is the greatest Length of Life, and if you are a Pirate the chances are the lowest Life Expectancy, Assured. Please do not go an Invade these People's Privacy, especially if they have not Consented, in trying to Verify this or Aggrandize therein this rather conventional Investigation Matter. 5) Viral Vectors, well these are exciting as the Chinese tell me they have Cured, Reversed Genetic Aetiologies like Sickle Cell Anemia. I know one Standford Prof attempting to do some damage to Severe Combined Immunodeficiency (SCID) and onwards. This is my kind of Science and if there is something to do. it is to Protect those who have not even had a Chance let alone all have that which comes with fortune and the good fortune of LIFE. I am guessing the recommendations he offers in his book The Telomerase Revolution, a sensible diet, moderate exercise and TA-65.

How can one make an appointment for care with Michael Fossel, MD?

I rarely listen to a talk that intentionally does not stop at the "handwaving" stage and goes more in depth. This has been extremely interesing. Still think this problem is far too big for us to tackle. Too many parts and pieces. There is no saving the flesh body, and better to leave it. Why do 25 year olds need diapers? And I am so familiar with people like Abdulkader. They are totally unaware of what is happening in a conversation. lol I always wondered what is going on in the heads of these people. "Please explain the abbreviation you use." and he just goes "yes yes" and just continues as if nothing happened.

His analogy with diapers is that a father goes and buys diapers for his kid. 25 year olds are healthy segment of the population. So, his example is to demonstrate misinterpretation of data. I.e. buying diapers make you healthy because 25 year olds buy diapers and they stay healthy. You fool, why does this need to be explained?
