I haven't managed to make the 4231 dm work, always find the opponent's midfield does what they want. 4231 cm has worked better for me yet. May give this a try to see how the DMS work

Just tried it with my Buxton save, first game won 3-0. I’ve tweaked it slightly to fit my players but seems to have worked…and it kept me in my job

FYI this tactic only works for teams expected to win most games, this guy never does any of this for lower league teams expected to finish in the bottom 5. its easy when the teams got more quality then all the rest. try Southampton
