To be honest, there’s NOT a lot of good well rounded coaches out there, that truly cares about their athletes. When you find one you’re truly blessed. You can see this coach passion and how much her athletes love her.. I told you I believed…… did y’all see the conversation…. Did you see how she took responsibility as well Says everything… Congrats BYU

Just came back from Courtney Wayment's performance in the US Olympic Trials 3000m Steeple! Courtney is an Olympian now! Seeing her race in the NCAAs to competing against the world now is evolutionary for her. So excited and thrilled for her. Coach Taylor has been such an impact on Wayment's progress and it really shows by the way they interact with each other. A fantastic duo between these two women. They're heading to France!!!!

I LOVED this! Diljeet is just as expressive of how passionate she feels as I do. She puts herself in the race and feels it as if she is in it. She was super fast in college so she knows the type of motivation they need. You have to scream at yourself inside to push yourself to this level. I wish I had someone scream for me like this. She cares SO much!
