Before MEN IN BLACK: ALIEN ATTACK opened at Universal Orlando in April 2000, legendary BBC kid's programme "Blue Peter" (the longest-running children's show in history, with over 5000 episodes since 1958) was given the World Exclusive to premiere the attraction; the segment aired on March 24th 2000, about three weeks before the ride's official opening.
As the attraction's creative director, I had the pleasure of being in the segment alongside Blue Peter hosts Konnie Huq (aka Agent K) and Matt Baker (aka Agent M) -- and the producers asked me to wear my black MIB suit as "Agent D" as part of the segment!
Once the attraction had opened, the same segment was recut with additional behind-the-scenes footage at Universal Orlando, and repurposed into a second episode that aired on June 16th & 19th, 2000.
