Some people feel so negatively about vlogging families but honestly these videos bring me so much joy. I've been watching since Mia was 11 so I guess nearly 9 years which is crazy. Over those years my health has changed a lot and I miss the days when I could run and do things like this. It's like watching a little sister and it makes me proud. Awesome job guys!

Yes for definite! It's been a great motivational boost for all of us just being in that environment again. Mia did so well! Aaand yeah maybe we'll have a go at some stuff like this again, just gotta be careful to not start getting too competitive with ourselves haha! :)

She's ok now, it took a couple of days to feel better, but now she's back to rock climbing and running! She actually tried to play tennis with us the day after this race in fact, but kinda struggled, you can see it on our snapchat :)
