the way i’m tearing up at both winning medals. i was watching old vlogs earlier and one of which little sienna was explaining what she did at gymnastics class someone tell little sienna from 5 years ago she’s just won a her first medal 🥹❤️ proud of you girls!

Sometimes if you are in a squad then you only do a couple of events like I do Gymnastics but I’m in a Floor and Vault squad so I don’t do bars or beam hope this helped 👍

It’s so interesting to see how level one in gymnastics in America is different from gymnastics here. I am a coach in America for Gymnastics from levels 1-7 and it’s so interesting to see how the skills are similar and different

As someone who has been in this sport since i was 10/11 so about 8 years, i always whenever i see people get into this sport im like so happy to know that they do good and get those medals and have fun. Well done girls! How exciting. You can tell Sienna was disappointed that she didn’t get a medal for her floor work, and I’m actually really surprised that she didn’t. She absolutely nailed everything she worked on in the recent video with her coach. She well and truly deserved a medal for floor, too. Just know that, Sienna, you definitely deserved one, so don’t take it to heart. Not sure what happened there actually. Keep pushing girl, you are so talented! ❤️

Without seeing the other girls routines, it's hard to judge. Though i did see about 5 minor deductions in her floor routine. Vault was much better, especially second one. Well done to sienna though for trying her best. They always say it's easier to work your way to the top then always be at the top, as you can see what you need to work on to get there.

I was tearing up watching the girls complete their competitions lol as if they were my own family. I have been watching this channel since the beginning. well done, girls! remember you aren't competing against others, you are working on bettering your technique. the focus being on the journey, not the destination. the medal is just a token of the day's event. like a marriage certificate is just a paper - what matters is the hard work put into the relationship

It is.crazy seein* the different event requirements for FIG over USAG like level 3 in America on floor has a round off backhandsprimg for the tumbling pass and level 4 for tumbling pass on floor is a round off double backhand spring
