Hi what USB cable did you eventually use? Right side and what type of usb c cable?

I used the cable which came with the Samsung tablet I have for work as that seemed to be the one that worked best

1 thing I discovered is that you can plug a usb stick in and play saved movies on there,they don't all work but MP4 seems to be fine 👍

My Android Auto didn't work, and after many tests, other phones, cables and what have we, I found that turning OFF the "Hello MG" helped. Suddenly Android Auto worked without any problems at all.

Hey. From main screen swipe left. Select settings. Scroll down in the left side icons to voice. In there should be "Hello MG"

Can you get this to work on a MG ZS 2020?

I got it working but it was very temperamental and kept disconnecting so gave up in the end and now just use the in car sat nav and connect my phone using bluetooth

Do you find yourself being disconnected from the android auto every now and then? That's the issue with mine.

Yes I do but the phone still thinks it is connected.

I had tried my MG today also doesn't work. I think this MG monitor is quite pretty sucks.😢
