Thank you so much for watching and for your kind words. Consistency is something I have always struggled with, so you are not alone! What helped me get to a more consistent place was: 1. Acknowledging that this was something I wanted to take seriously and that it requires me showing up and doing the work, even on the days when I don't feel the most motivated or inspired. The main reason I struggled with consistency was because I only wanted to create when I felt "inspired" but that isn't going to always be the case! 2. Being okay with showing up imperfectly. The only way we can grow and improve is through doing! 3. Creating videos around topics I feel passionate about AND that I feel can help people. It helped me gain a better sense of my purpose online and made this channel feel like it was bigger than just me. I hope this was helpful! 💙
