Jauja Cocina Mexicana Janet this came out absolutely FABULOUS!!!! My family LOVED this and said it was REALLY delicious. I'm subscribing to you both in here and Google PLUS but PLEEEEEEEASE Janet can you make more English videos? There are SO many recipes I'd like to try on your channel but can't and it forces me to look at the picture then search KZread for an English version from someone else. I REALLY hate that because your dishes that I've made are all winners in my house. Please reconsider for your non Spanish speaking viewers because I KNOW you have alot of them, I'm one :-) I LOVE Cooking with Sandy's channel because she does one Mexican version then one English version and she does great dishes also but so far the two of you are my only all time favorites for GOOD Mexican dishes, I simply LOVE you guys. your food always looks so good but all your newer videos are in spanish and i dont understand them so i cant cook them. today i went looking for a spanish rice recipe and found yours and i was like yesssss its in english. so i made this tonight and instead of putting the serrano in the rice while cooking i put a few jalapenos in the food processor with the tomatoes and it turned out soooo delicious. ive tried making spanish rice so many times and its always turned out so bad. not this time!!!! thank you!!

Hello, You have the best cooking videos! You explain every step well. The camera perfectly captures the texture of the food at every stage. I prefer videos over any other method of learning. A cookbook will not demonstrate or deliver a lesson as well as a video. Please keep doing what you do. I just subscribed!
